This story brings you back to Snowflake Falls and all of the antics there. This is a wonderful palate cleanser from other books that are too heavy. I laughed with this couple as they immediately fell in love but wanted to feel each other out first. I cannot wait for more set in this world and this town.

This is the 12th book in the Holiday Romance in Snowflake Falls Series featuring the sweet and steamy slow-burn insta-love romance between Thomas and Lily. Lily and her brother had to escape from the cult they were forced into by their father and stepmother and her brother knows that he has to get her away from here. They have cousins in Snowflake Falls who they have happy memories of so he contacts them and they help get Lily setup in an apartment that's located on church grounds. That's where she meets Thomas who is doing the renovations on the church and there's something that draws her to him but after what happened to her religion is the enemy to her. Thomas knows as soon as he sees Lily that she's meant for him but he has to treat her carefully due to her past. All Thomas wants to do is see her smile and make her happy and he'll do whatever it takes to make sure that she's happy. You really need to read this sweet and steamy slow-burn insta-love romance to see what happens. I would recommend reading this book.

Lily and her brother had escaped the religious cult their father had joined not long after their mother’s death. Lily decided to make a home in Snowflake Falls where she had some family, and hiding from her past. Meeting Thomas was a complication she hadn’t bet on, he’s handsome and the look he gives her burns her to the tip of her toes. But after what she has seen within the cult can she really trust this man with her heart?
Thomas knew that he was in trouble when Lily arrived, she was perfect to him in every way, but he sees the shadows in her eyes and the fear she can’t hide. He is determined to keep her safe from whatever it is she’s hiding from, will Lily give him the chance of what they could be?
Short and sweet read, when I read cult in the first few pages I did wonder if this book was going to be one I liked but the characters were so likeable and the story flowed without being to religion intense. 4* read.

Lily was in a cult for years until her and her brother escaped. She ended up going to a town to hide so know one could find her. while there she met Thomas. He was actually helping out fixing things on the outside of the Church. Lily really didn't want to ever see the inside of a Church as she disliked it because of those years being treated horribly in the cult.
Thomas and Lily became friends. He was able to get her to open up to him about her past. He however tried to explain that his Church was different.
One day, the dog she was caring for got out and went over to the Church function they were having on Easter. She saw all the fun they were having but still just wanted to leave.
After some time with Thomas things changed and the fell in love and eventually she came around to the Church and lked everything especially Thomas whom she married.

Lily and her brother's life took a major change when he father remarried. His new wife was instrumental of them join a religious cult. Her brother knew he needed to get her out of there before she forced to marry the head of the church. Snowflake Falls was a place she was happiest, her cousins are there, they help get her setup.
They got her an apartment on church grounds, due to the amount of people always around. She meets Thomas, who is also living there while doing renovations on the church. There is something about him that draws her but the church is not something she things she can ever do.
Will they be able to get what they both need?.

These are sweet, shorter and almost insta-love tales. Just right for a lunch break pick-me-up. This is a fabulous series and each couple is different, it is not the same thing over and over.
Lily is running from what can only be described as a painful past. Her life was stunted by other's choices and she finally has an escape. She has freedom which she never had before so will she want to cut it short by starting a relationship with the handsome carpenter Thomas. Thomas hasn't exactly been saving himself for "the one" but he has just never felt all in for anyone before. Well that was until Lily walked into his life and pretty much took his breath and all his waking hours. Can he covince her to take a chance on him?

Lily and her brother escape a cult and now she is going to start fresh in a small town where she has cousins. Thomas is doing carpentry at the church where she is going to live next door, bringing them in contact, especially with Buster. Loved the characters, deep feelings and their backstories. Believable reactions with the comment that she already had psych care while with her brother. The storyline gives a great view of the variety of people in the town and how diverse they are, opening up is made easier and more acceptable. Great ending as it all wraps up.

Thomas is a carpenter in Snowflake Falls who has been restoring a home by the church and lives in the upstairs of the church. When Lily moves into the remodeled house he knows she’s the one for him. Lily recently escaped from a cult and is trying to get back on her feet. Thomas knows he has to be careful with Lily due to her past but he will do everything he can to make her happy. This is a wonderful Easter story and I really loved it. Slow burn getting to know you steamy romance.

I enjoyed Easter with the Guy Next Door. It was a quick, sweet read. Lily has escaped the cult her father took them to after five years. Meeting Thomas her first day in Snowflake Falls was a surprise. He brings feelings she’s never experienced before. Thomas has waited for the one and Lily is it. Now he just needs to take it slow so he doesn’t scare her off. Can Thomas and Buster help bring Lily the life she deserves? A cute storyline and lovable characters. I would recommend this book.

After escaping a religious cult, Lily ends up in Snowflake Falls. Thomas is a local carpenter who has fixed up the house that Lily is living in. The connection they both feel has both Lily and Thomas asking if it’s too soon or if it’s just meant to be. This was a cute fast paced read bringing us back to Snowflake Falls and all its quirky characters that make you feel like you’re home. I received an arc copy of this book in exchange for an honest review.

This was an okay read. I have to believe the characters love for one another and this one just didn’t do that for me. I loved the cult storyline and the religion he is a part of but that’s about it. I’m also not big on religion in my books but with this being an Easter read I couldn’t be mad at it. It’s super quick and at times felt like a lifetime movie mixed with Hallmark and a steamy scene thrown in. I might eventually read others in the series.

Jessa Joy always writes the most incredible stories. Her Next Door series is one of my all-time favorites. This book gives us Lily and Thomas's story. She has lost so much, and with renewed freedom, she is learning to live, and Thomas is the perfect person to give her the life she deserves. Always a five-star read from this incredible author.

This was a cute opposites attract romance. It was a short story with a good pace and flow. I liked how Lily and Thomas bonded over the dog, it made her wall lower a bit. They were really good together and I enjoyed them together. A cute way to spend a little time.

I found the characters in this story interesting and I believed in their connection and chemistry. I thought Lily was so strong to have survived her past and make a new start for herself. Buster was a fab character who stole my heart.

Lily had escaped from a cult and gone to Snowflake Falls to be near her cousin and family. She met Thomas when she arrived and they had an instant connection. Sweet, steamy, well written story with amazing chemistry, true love, a kind, caring hero and a beautiful HEA.

This was a great small town romance that has a gal on the run from the cult she was forced to join, and matches her up with the local carpenter doing repairs to the house on church grounds. Obviously he knows she'll be wary, but this slow burn romance had it all and I was thrilled for them to get their HEA :D

I really loved the portrayal of the church in this book. Cults are a real thing and escaping them is no easy feat. They condition you to feel trapped. Really liked the FMCs evolution and the MMC was likeable as well.

New to the small town. Lily has a new.lifw and new look out on life. Church may not be her thing but the man who is attends might. Kinda trauma. Attraction. Conflict that has a good ending.
