An age gap romance between a reclusive mountain man and a single mother. One date is all it takes for Wilder to realize that Bree is everything he’s ever wanted in a woman. She’s got major baggage and he has a secret, can they make things work or are they destined to be just a hook up? There was a lot of spice and a lot of emotion in this romance. Bree struggles with whether or not to love again, feeling like a bad mother, and an extremely toxic relationship with her mother. Wilder struggles with being accepted due to mistakes from his past and chooses instead to live as a recluse. One thing he doesn’t struggle with is accepting Bree for exactly who she is and where she is in life. I really enjoyed the sweet ending and how it brought her old life and her new life together.

I loved Big, Bad, Mountain Man: Waylon's Family Ranch (Rugged Mountain Ink). Bree doesn’t know why she’s going on a date. Her life is a disaster but 5 minutes with Wilder and making promises. She knows she can’t believe him or the feelings she’s having. It’s too good to be true and when she finds out his secret then she know she was right. Will Wilder be able to convince Bree to give him a second chance? I loved this storyline and the characters. Divorce is hard and the way it showed Bree is so true. I loved how vulnerable she was and self doubting, very realistic. I would definitely recommend this book and the series.

Bree is a hot mess of a woman in this story and that made her such a real character. I loved that she didn't have a perfect life and most days felt that she was barely making it as a mom and a business owner. Then when Wilder steps in as the perfect guy she's doubtful the entire time. He really did seem too good to be true, but sometimes that's how it is when you meet your perfect match. The scene when he walked the girls down the aisle just melted my heart.
There's a teaser at the end of this story for the new spin off series for the Rugged Mountain MC and I can't wait to get into all the bikers that reside on this mountain. I just love this world that Khloe Summers has created.

She's emotionally a bit of a hot mess at this point in her life. Wilder is the quiet, older, sexy lumberjack with his own past issues. They are set up on a blind date and sparks fly for these opposites but Bree finds it hard to trust after her failed marriage. Can these two overcome their demons? As usual, Khloe delivers a short, steamy romance with a great HEA. Would recommend.

This books series just keeps getter better than the last one. They are all great but this got me right in the heart. Bree is divorced with two kids and a hot mess. She never had the passion, love and friendship from her ex husband. She thought from her past that she was not worthy. Wilder made that happen when he first meet her. He knew she was the one and he did everything to make her see her worthiness and his love for her. It was great story.

It took Wilder a bit longer to convince Bree that life is short and sometimes you need to take chances. He served 5 years and for the past 10 years he has kept to himself and not been in trouble. Bree had to convince herself that he is the man for her and will take care of her and her 2 daughters. And in the end, they live happily ever after.

This was another fun read for the series. It's an age gap romance and brings together divorcee and single mom, Bree, and reclusive mountain man, Wilder. These two characters were fab together and I love how supportive he was to Bree. Expect a sweet and steamy romance, with a bit of drama to keep things hopping. I'm really looking forward to the next book - especially since we get some insight to it being a new spin-off series. I can't wait ;D

Bree went off on a tangent in her mind that led to her calling him “fucking creep”. Weird and uncalled for.

Another incredible read in the Rugged Mountain Ink series. I love Bree and her no filter ways. She is newly divorced and trying to get through with her two girls. On her first date with Wilder, she sees there are good men even though he is hiding his past from her. I really think these two were my all-time favorite, and I can't wait to hear more from his brother. It's always an incredible read from this amazing author.

Insta love, age gap and rugged mountain man enough said. I love Khloe short stories filled with spice and the best fictional men that are 🥵 worthy. Bree and Wilder story was so sweet. A past doesn't define a person so glad they got their HEA.

Didn't like Brew at all
I didn't like Bree. She sent the whole book being unpleasant. I know with jnstalove books, it happens regardless but I found her judgemental & just rude & it ruined the book for me.

Worst one of the series so far; Bree the h is horrible to read. She is whiney, a bad mother, and a bad sister; the self-deprecating is not cute or quirky; it is irritating from start to finish. I would have run in the other direction to escape this trainwreck. I am hoping the teaser for the new MC series redeems this junk.
