MuMu is not having a good day. Nothing can put things right.
AND THAT’S THAT.

A rattly rollercoaster of a story from award-winning author/illustrator David Mackintosh, this bright and witty story of friendship, patience and modern construction methods will have you wishing for a best friend like Lox.
Perfect for anyone who has ever had ONE OF THOSE DAYS, including boys and girls aged 3+.
David Mackintosh loves books with pictures in them, flying, visiting cities, and being read to. His picture book Marshall Armstrong Is New to Our School was short-listed for the Roald Dahl Funny Prize and long-listed for the Kate Greenaway Medal. He lives in London.
Mumu is a rather meh friend who is a misery guts who does not see any joy in any activity until she has pissed off her only friend. Only then does the penny drop and now she needs to cheer up her friend.
MuMu seems very off one day and her friend Lox tries to cheer her up by taking MuMu to all the places he knows she usually enjoys. However, nothing seems to satisfy MuMu and she always has something negative comment until even Lox becomes usual self. Everyone has a MuMu in their life and this is a great book to show children the messages of patience, friendship and understanding.
Lucky enough to get a proof of this. Fantastic book and despite being a children's book many adults can relate to Mumu, who is in a bad mood (I know I can!). Very reminiscent of Oliver Jeffers and Sophy Henn. Loved it!
