If you're a big fan of the Fallen Crest High series like I am, then this is a great little something extra for you. This quick "novella" is a nice little tidbit if you're looking for a holiday read that won't occupy much of your time. That being said, if you haven't read the Fallen Crest High series, you probably won't get anything out of this. This is essentially a very small collection of Christmas bonus scenes that tie in to the series.

In about 30 or so pages, Tijan gives us scenes from two of Sam's Christmases. The first part revolves around a Christmas party at Melinda's house. Sam's mother, Analise, is out of rehab and wants to push her way back into Sam's life. Of course, she'll have to go through Mason and Logan to do it.

The second "extra" describes Sam's visit to her father in Boston. Mason pays Sam a surprise visit and we get a nice, sweet bonus scene.

Overall, this was a nice, sweet little "extra". It doesn't add substantially to the Fallen Crest High series, but it was a great freebie if you're looking for something super-quick, featuring some of your favorite characters. It was a short, fun read. I can't get enough of these characters, so even though this "novella" was kind of pointless, I liked it.

The Kades... what more do I need to say?

This just a short Holiday read that picks up after Fallen Crest University but before Logan's book. Let me tell you just the mention of Mason gets me wound tight. Any little nibble Tijan is willing to throw my way I will gladly swallow it whole.

Mason had no plans of letting Analise hurt his girlfriend again. Nope. He would watch, and wait. If anything she did had harmful consequences towards Sam, he was going to ruin his future stepmother once and for all.

Logan is still... well, Logan and gosh do I love him as well in a different way and I am so looking forward to his book! I know he can be sexy too.

Great little Christmas novella that takes place after Fallen Crest University and before Logan Kade. Also included is a bonus Christmas scene that takes place between Fallen Fourth Down and Fallen Crest University. This novella can be found for free on Amazon and other platforms.

This freebie doesn't really add anything to the Fallen Crest series, so you aren't missing much if you decide to skip it. It does give us more of our favorite characters, wonderfully hilarious Logan banter, sweet moments between Mason and Sam, and also solidifies the threesome fearsome. I also enjoyed the little bonus scene that takes place in Boston. Definitely, a short and sweet read that fans of the series will enjoy. I will never complain about getting more of Logan, Mason, and Samantha. ;)

I kind of expected something cute and fun for a Christmas novella, but it really read like something that would've been the beginning of the next book. Which is also fine. The one weird thing was that it was written in third person where the rest of the series is in first person.

3.5 Stars - .5 Flames

Did I mention that I'm finally catching up on this series? And the fact that I get to read the books in order is awesome.

This is super short, super sweet and to the point. This takes place right after Fallen Crest University, although we do get lucky with another time jump (you'll understand once you read it).

In this short, we witness an altercation between Miranda (Sam's new stepmom), Analise (Sam's biological mom), Sam, Mason and Logan. Ok, Mark is in there too. Anyway, this is really about Analise trying to win Sam back. Is she sincere? Is she up to her old ways? One things for sure. No one's buyin' what she's sellin'.

Enjoy!

5 Stars!

It was exactly what I wanted to read. The way book five ended, threw so many questions and I wanted answers, ASAP.

So, I won't say much, because I don't want to spoiler the end of book five, but we get an idea how things will continue in book six.

The only thing I say is, how much I love Melinda and the way she treats Sam and the relationship she starts building with Mark.

Can't wait for 2016, to get more Logan and more of the Fallen Crest Universum.

I LOVED THISSSS... Believe it or not but in my opinion this was wayyyy better than most of the actual books and this novella was only a 32 pages long... And if you've read all my previous reviews it'd come as no surprise when I say I loveeee Logan and he's pretty much the reason why I loved this so much...

Let's face it but Tijan has done wonders for Logan he's just AMAZEBALLS ok so forgive me if I seem to make afew mistake but I'm fangirling and swooning over Logan... Wait did I mention I likes Logan...

Ok really though his humorhas gotten me through someof these books and hes probably half the reason I continued this series. When I was less than impressed with a book or two...

This showed the unity Sam has after soooo much heartbreak for her we see her finally having a good point in her life whete things are more than ok (besides the issue of her mother)...

This was a fun little read and I can't wait to get the next installment of Fallen Crest bring on April... NOW TO READ LOGANS STORY...

These stories were enjoyable, but I feel like I would have liked them better if I had read other books from the series beforehand.

If you're a big Fallen Crest fan, this is a great pick me up read. This novella is really short as it is just under 40 pages. Currently, this novella is free on Kindle; however, if you HAVE NOT read the Fallen Crest series you will not get much at of this. Basically, you will most likely be confused on the who is who and what is going on. With that be said, if you are new to series and want to start it, the first book in the series, Fallen Crest High is free on Kindle (as of 6/22/20)!

This short novella is set at Christmas time, so if you are like me and crave a holiday read when approaching those Christmas in July mini celebrations or just want a short read in this series, it is a good holiday read and will not take too much of your time.

This novella is split into two of Sam's Christmases. The first Christmas scene is told in third person omniscient POV. It is a Christmas party at Melinda's house, which Sam's mother, Analise, attends because she wants to push her way back into Sam's life. With this impending situation, she has her Mason and Logan by her side ready when needed.

The second Christmas scene is a bonus that describes Sam's visit to her biological father place in Boston. Sam is pleasantly surprised in the morning to find Mason there. It was a cute bonus scene.

Overall, this novella was cute and made me miss the Fallen Crest characters even more. Although I liked it, this novella does not really add or change anything moving forward in the series. It really is just a quick bonus featuring some of the best characters from the series -- like Logan, Heather, Mason, and Sam.

This was reviewed about 2yrs ago, I don't know where it went, but it's causing me to do a re-read, so yay!....lol

I remember this series as my guily pleasure read of the year!
I devoured this one, and the next and the next, till I read them all.
I was amazed at how much I loved all the teenage drama and how invested I got in the love triangles.
I highly recommend this entire series!
This was a sweet short extra that was thoroughly enjoyable!

I've read all of the Fallen Crest High series a few years ago, and it was really nice to get back into Sam, Mason and Logan's world.

In this novella, we have two short stories about Christmas in two different years, and what happens to Sam. Every time I read about Sam and Mason's relationship, I'm left speechless—their love is so deep and intense. I really wish there would be more books in the Fallen Crest series, because I can't get enough of Sam, Mason and Logan.
