I really struggled to finish the book ! I liked kira and jimmy, but it was supposed to be a romance 60% or more was about her job and how she handled it . The romance with blake was like a side story. I thought i was reading about wedding planning?
Even the relationship with kira and blake was so fast i was like “when did that happen did i miss something??”

My major pet peeve about this book was that it was printed almost entirely, maybe 98%, in italics. That was irritating.
I really didn't get much out of this book. I didn't dislike any of the characters. The book did not hold my interest. It was a struggle to get through. I could not get into this book at all. I struggled to finish it because I bought it. All I can say was I was glad when it ended.
I hate to say that the typeface was so off putting that it made the book difficult to read, but it really made it difficult for me. My suggestion would be to read it and judge for yourself.

ONE DELIGHTFUL READ!!!
Wow! Talk about stressing. This is one magnificent read that's as riveting as it is captivating and keeps you on the razors edge from start to finish. Tara totally nailed this bad boy 100% on point. Written with such realism it really pulls this little gem to a whole new level. This is one action packed, hard hitting, pulse racing, heart pounding, page turning bombshell that brings this bad boy roaring to life brilliantly. The main characters chemistry is intense, white hot, off the charts explosive. The characters are complex and believable with such depth and individuality it's easy to relate. The scenes are so graphically detailed and descriptive you have no trouble picturing each scenario as they play off one another perfectly. All the drama, uncertainty and suspense increases while tension spirals. Twists and turns abound with unexpected circumstances that make for one thrilling experience. Tara has really stepped up the game when it comes to imagination, insight and how to weave a story so tightly and realistic it blows your mind. This little dynamo will take you to your knees one second and standing strong the next just to rip your heart apart. A rollercoaster ride of emotions and events that really pull those heartstrings. You feel everything the characters feel. You become part of the story instead of on the sidelines. Tara did a remarkable job bringing this read to life. Amazing, humorous, sweet and sexy curvy-girl finds her perfect match story
Thirty-one-year old Kira Ricci (love the name) is an events planner and at 6 feet tall and proportionately curvy, she is confident, fearless, spontaneous, efficient and has the best tongue-in-cheek humor I’ve read since Penelope Bloom. Jimmy her assistant/partner sees an event opportunity so he coerces her to take this three-week in the future high society wedding of one of the richest families in Coronado, the Okoyes. The patriarch is an African transplant to America, much darker than his sons and a billionaire. He and his wife have two sons, one getting married and the one who enjoys his playboy lifestyle, 42yo Blake who is Kira’s heart throb. She is definitely NOT his usual type which keeps her on her toes.
Oh. My. I loved this story. It was fast-paced, funny as he!! and there were quite a few naughty scenes ;-) There was their “first” in the TV room, shower in Hawaii, one desperate night, and you’ll remember the cabana scene after the wedding for a long time! There was also a very touching scene between Blake and Kira in chapter 18. I say it again, I LOVED this book. I was offered an ARC to review and it comes highly recommended for those who like humor and sensitivity with their naughty. LOVE THE COVER TOO.

I need a 'Jimmy' in my life! My hat is off to Ms. Brent, for this amazingly creative release. I, personally, think it's about time women, as a whole, own ourselves.
Everything that is both good and bad about ourselves... We Are Perfectly Imperfect.
The creation of each beautifully crafted character in this book, as well as the superbly designed storyline, is what makes it an addictive read, that you can't put down. I loved everything about this book and I truly do consider it an honor to have read it. Blake, a Billionaire playboy, has certainly met his match, in the vivacious wedding planner, Kira. Everything about this very realistic book made me stuck to it like glue. Cici & 'Cookie' are two peas in a pod, filling the book in the way only a Mother's wit and past hijinks, can ... hilariously. I am speechless and wish that I discovered this talented Author sooner. I can not wait to devour more of her work.

Blake Okoye, the groom's brother, is the one who met her to convince her to accept the challenge of having a wedding for over a thousand guests with only 3 weeks to put it together.
Their first date is not ideal, but the attraction between them is instantaneous. While arranging the wedding, Kira has the help of her best friend Jimmy, in addition to the appearance of her mother, who provides some of the surprises in the story.
I loved the story and the characters. I recommend the reading.

Funny and intriguing
This book was so fun to read. I laughed throughout the whole thing. I would have gave it five stars but there was to many metaphors for me to keep up with. I enjoyed the book but the build up of the characters fell a little flat for me personally. I also was a little taken back by how her curvy figure was described. Otherwise the book was joyful and kept me interested enough to finish.

What’s the GOAT
The life of a wedding planner is constantly in flux .... the life of this wedding planner, the one whose business skyrocketed to magnificent exclusive levels is simply unbelievable! There are so many twists and turns in this wacky story, you will most certainly never have a dull moment. At the end of it all, you will never ever guess the goat.... the most important thing is there is lots of LOVE to get us through whatever comes their way.

Where do I begin? This book was smart, laugh out loud funny, descriptive, sexy, and smoldering hot!!! Yep!!! I said smart!!! It was beautifully written with characters that you could really stand behind. I especially loved the supporting characters. Everybody needs a Jimmy in their life and don’t get me started on the two Mother’s. In short, read this book, you will not be disappointed. I am looking forward to reading more from this author.

He's a playboy and she have no illusions when it comes to who she and what she is. Can two totally opposite individuals find happiness? This emotional rollercoaster will have you in Blake's and Kira's corner as they take the relationship plunge. The story is witty and so well written that you have to read this in one setting because it is that good! I voluntarily agreed to receive an ARC of this book for an honest review.

A fantastic well written fun and sexy romance. This interesting storyline had me hooked from the beginning with little drama, sizzling hot chemistery, unexpected surprise, and great witty dialogue. The characters are complex, relateable and well developed with off the charts chemistry. I love following the little side characters story extras. I honestly and voluntarily reviewed this ARC.

My first and last book by this author
It's hard to know where to begin. Boring characters, insipid dialogue, poor writing style and the italics made this book even more difficult to read. DNF...at 19%. The only good thing about this book is that it was free with KU....which is exactly what it's worth.

It was ok
This was an alright book. I enjoyed Jimmy, Cici and Cookie way more than the 2 main characters. They were hilarious. However why oh why was 98% of the book written in italics. Talk about driving me bonkers. It made me think the book was a continuous flashback. But I did love that the main was very comfortable with her curvy body.

Stopped at Chapter One
What is with the Italics? Why bring the Vice President into a romance book? Keep your political ideas out of what was advertised as a love story. The verbal interactions between the characters was inane and sophomoric. Good thing it was free...but maybe I should ask for compensation for time lost reading this drivel.

Love at work
I enjoyed reading about a girl who is comfortable in her own skin. She has some confidence issues but she does not let it rule her life. Blake is a guy who takes life one day at a time. Both of their mothers were the best of friends when younger. I would recommend this because it is light and fun.

Interesting and unique billionaire romance. The book is about Kira, a wedding planner, and Blake, a billionaire playboy. Blake hires Kira to plan his brother’s wedding. Sparks fly when they meet and continue. The story has laughter, intrigue and a unique romance. I look forward to reading future books by Ms Brent.

I thoroughly enjoyed this novel from the first page until the very last. It has been a very rare occurrence that I could just pick up a book and read it in one day; but, I was captivated by these characters and their amazing love story instantaneously.
