Let the fantasy fulfillment begin! Josh and Kat’s initial secrets have been revealed, and now it’s time for them to explore each other’s fantasies.

Wealthy, arrogant playboy Josh Faraday finally has feisty, vivacious Kat Morgan in his bed. And in his shower. And in the bathroom of a bar. He knows her deepest sexual fantasies, and he’s intent on fulfilling them all. But Kat wants more than fun and games. She wants to know the real Josh. The man behind the mask. And that’s not something Josh is willing to show Kat—or any woman. But, damn, this stubborn, sexy, relentless woman is wearing him down . . . and he’s not sure he can resist her much longer.

For the stubborn, adventuresome, explosive Playboy and the Party Girl, it’s always a war of wills. Who will crack first? And when they do, will either of their hearts be on the line?

REVELATION is the second book of the JOSH AND KAT TRILOGY. The full trilogy is INFATUATION, REVELATION, CONSUMMATION, to be read in order.

*Readers 18+ due to graphic language and adult situations.

NOTE: Kat Morgan is the sister of the Morgan brothers (Colby, Ryan, Keane, and Dax from standalones HERO, CAPTAIN, BALL PEEN HAMMER, and ROCKSTAR), plus best friend Zander (MISTER BODYGUARD). Josh Faraday is the twin brother of Jonas Faraday from THE CLUB TRILOGY. You can jump right in and read Josh and Kat's trilogy, before or after The Morgan Brothers or The Club Trilogy.

From the minute I laid eyes on Josh, I felt like I’d hopped aboard a bullet train. Well, it looks like our train just jumped the tracks. And now there’s only one possible outcome. Crash.

More Kat and Josh! YAY! Lauren Rowe really brings the heat in this one. It’s all about playboy Josh Faraday and party-girl Kat Morgan fulfilling their fantasies with each other. I love catching up with some of my favorites and there was some definite angst and drama at the end, so I’m excited to see where book 3 takes us!

Lauren Rowe you crazy nut job! This book is so ridiculous and over the top and I loved every minute of it. Whitney, James Bay, From Justin to Kelly! LMAO!!!! The laughs, the drama, angst, heartbreak, smoking hot sex, it was everything! I really wish I was one Lauren's friends, if this writing is what her brain conjures up, knowing her personally would be flipping awesome! Can't wait for part 3!!!!!

5+ stars The Infatuation #1
5+ stars 🤩 The Revelation #2
5+ stars The Consummation #3

The Playboy aka PB and The Party Girl with a Hyphen aka PG cemented my love for Ms. Rowe! Consistent and brilliant writing, sharp and quick wit, interesting theme, and well-developed characters.
😍

〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️

Kat is the sole member of Josh Faraday Club. 😌

She smiles broadly. “My own personal Josh Faraday Club,” she corrects.

I wink at her. “Yours truly.”

〰️〰️

“I missed you, baby,” I say. “I couldn’t wait ’til Saturday to see you.”

She kisses my lips, cheeks, neck. “I’ve been going crazy all week. It’s been torture.”

I wrap my arms around her, bury my nose in her hair, and inhale. “I wish I could bottle this smell so I could sniff it whenever I’m lonely in L.A.”

〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️〰️

I've read The Josh and Kat Trilogy before The Club Series which features Josh's brother Jonas, and Kat's best friend Sarah as the MCs. Their stories are different and I did not feel like I missed out on something. There are also some cameos of characters from Ms. Rowe's other books.

PB and PG both have strong and confident personalities, gorgeous with sexy minds, tough outside but soft inside; together they're a riot, and insanely hot power couple. I laugh every time I remember their hilarious times.😂 Tons of cheesy, crazyyy goodness! Josh and Kat are really perfect for each other, together florebaaaah! ❤️❤️

I've read this trilogy some time ago so my review is generic for the 3 books except for the excerpts.

〰️〰️〰️

⚠️ spoiler alert ⚠️warning ⚠️

Safe?

▪️OW/OM scenes but technically not cheating.
▪️There are couple scenes of h/OM kissing, OM2 making out and OM3 dinner date.
▪️After they met, H/h both slept once with other people. Mentions only, NO explicit scenes.
▪️When they're finally "together" , H/h only slept with each other. Their first was around 70% of book 1.
▪️A role play scene with OW in books 2 and 3. No worries because those scenes are frickin hilarious! 😂

Ahhh! And so the Josh and Kat saga continues!

These two are just crazyyyyyy!!! It felt so great to continue reading their story knowing that they started out just having fun with each other and that they were not really looking for anything serious. But the Playboy and the Party Girl really pulled off a hilarious story. Oh, my god. It was ridiculous how ridiculous how these two could get!

But the feels when I could really tell they were starting to fall for each other. Ahhh, I know that it doesn't appeal to everyone but I melt every time Josh called Kat "babe" because I knew they were not like that. But they were going there--they just didn't know it yet.

Giddy--that's how this book made me feel. I need a Josh Faraday, people!

This is book 2 in the Kat and Josh series. Last we saw Kat about to read Josh application. As he leaves the hotel room there is a crash. Book 1 left us with a cliffhanger begging to know what happens next. I'm dying to know what he put in his Club application. Since he is so afraid for anyone to know. Josh always puts a mask on that he is happy. I know the real Josh has to be so sad inside and heart broken.

I wonder who will call Josh a Sick Fuck. He has a big heart just keeps it hidden. I was hoping Kat will be smart after she reads the application. Thankful she didn't go bat shit crazy like she always does. Poor Josh is still like a little boy who doesn't know what love is. I'm crossing my fingers that he learned he is loved so much.

This book contains lots of humor and sexual fantasies being completed. I saw this cliffhanger coming I knew it. I can't wait to read the next book that I'm guessing I don't need to sleep much. I finished this book within two days.

The Infatuation (Josh & Kat #1) (The Club #5)
The Revelation (Josh & Kat #2) (The Club #6)
The Consummation (Josh & Kat #3) (The Club #7) by Lauren Rowe

4.5 stars!!

“We’re the greatest love story ever told – our love is the wonder of the wise, the joy of the good, the amazement of the gods.”

I love Lauren Rowe’s humour and I always know that I am going to be laughing out loud when I read one of her books and this series is no different. It is this humour that really balances the angst and the heat within this series pages.

For those that are staunch fans of The Club Series, you will know that the first four books in this series centred around Jonas Faraday, Jonas was the serious one, the deep one, the sensitive one, the one that had been hurt by the past and relied on the loyalty and support of his brother to even focus and live at times, of course he now has his wife, Sarah, but Josh was always there and now it is his turn to shine.

“I’ve carried my brother’s sanity on my back my whole fucking life, even when I’ve barely been able to hold the weight of my own. And I’m tired.”

Josh Faraday is a bit of a jack the lad, a playboy, but underneath that façade, a toned body and pretty face is a man that is also deep and has that mysterious air about him, he is an enigma. He was one pretty parcel I wanted to unwrap layer by layer until the question was answered. Who was Josh Faraday?

Kat is Sarah’s best friend and we have already seen interaction between these two through Jonas’s story. Kat was the party girl with a hyphen. Kat is the total opposite of Sarah, she is confident, sassy, can give as good as she gets and has a fantastic sense of humour. She can really go to bat against Josh and at times it was hard to see who had actually won. Their text messages, their phone calls all had me in hysterics at times as well as feeling that intense sexual chemistry that always surrounded them.

“I'm not a girl who likes to be chewed up and spit out by any man. If anyone's gonna do the chewing up and spitting out, then it's gonna be me.”

There is some crossover with Jonas’s story and I would highly recommend reading that series first, it also cements just how pivotal Josh and Kat are in Jonas and Sarah’s world. While some events were familiar seeing them through different eyes gave a fresh insight into the Faraday’s as a whole and not once did it feel repetitive.

Lauren Rowe really delivers with Josh and Kat’s story. This is one couple that you can’t help but fall in love with. Their rapport is undeniable, they feed off each other and their dialogue at times is like watching a game of tennis but with many laughs rather than oooo’s and ahhhh’s. But with this couple Lauren Rowe delivers another facet to their story, as ever, she delivers on the emotional and the angst. At times it was frustrating but you know you have to take the rough with the smooth, all relationships have their ups and downs and these two are no different. With that undeniable fire that rages between them both in and outside of the bedroom you knew that these two would be combustible.

“From the minute I laid eyes on Josh, I felt like I’d hopped aboard a bullet train. Well, it looks like our train just jumped the tracks. And now there’s only one possible outcome. Crash.”

So the question on everybody’s lips is who is your favourite Faraday? My answer…impossible choice. These brothers are totally different and are totally endearing in their own way. But one thing that Lauren Rowe delivered was another fantastic series. As each book Lauren Rowe releases comes out I can see the growth in her writing, that deeper emotional connection with her characters and her character development as a whole, intertwine that with all that zany kind of Lauren Rowe humour and you have a match made in heaven. Sometimes you just click with an author’s writing style and that is what I have done with Lauren Rowe, while some may say the fun factor is a bit over the top, for me it just has me in hysterics as it resonates deep with the child inside. So yes, I laughed a lot, I swooned a lot, I cried a lot but most of all I loved a lot. These characters have made such an impact and it is a sad day knowing that this series has come to an end. However, I am going to beg Lauren for Hen’s story. I want to know all about the man behind the computer, the geek, the nerd, but a man with a heart of gold.

“My wish for you both is that you find eternal light outside the cave together.”

I wish I could make myself stop reading this series but I can't. I'm to OCD to stop. The books seem to get more and more annoying and I can't figure out why we had to have 3 devoted to Kat and Josh. It's not like they were stabbed like the female MC in the story of Sarah and Jonas in The Club series. At least in that series there was a little bit of intrigue and some cliffhangers.

The only reason this book didn't get 1 star was the fact that Kay Josh's dad was one mean nasty human being and he practically brainwashed Josh into being like he is today. I am interested to see where the next book takes us.

Also I am all for smutty books but I like my smut to have a plot and thankfully this one is a little better. Still lots of sexy time action but at least the whole book isn't filled with it. There are a few scenes that made me laugh. They are trying to role play and it's cracking me up.

I started the next book and it starts mostly with Kat's family who I LOVE from The Morgan series. Because the family is starting this book off I am hopeful there will be hope for this last book. in the Kat and Josh trilogy.

Do I recommend this book yes and no. This books bugs me but it's sort of needed because of how it left off.

Holy freaking Crap!
I can't believe that this author and this series has me gasping for air. The sarcastic wit and humor she throws at us left and right alone is a reason to buy the books, but the heat only intensifies the story. Once you get a taste of her writing style I guarantee you won't be able to stop reading. I have never enjoyed some much nasty talk.

The main characters, Kat and Josh are made for each other. I can't even describe how well these two work together. Not only did I get to laugh, get over heated I also learned a thing or two in this book. Who the heck knew of such devices like a sybian existed let alone what they are. Holy Crap!

This entire series has got to be one of my most favorite EVER! There is just so much going on with these two and all the other characters we've met in prior books. I honestly can't get enough and I'm already feeling the loss of enjoyment that this series has provided me.

One more book to go and I'll be heartbroken to see it finished but so very eager and hopefully she can come up with something as fantastic in her next one.

LOL FUNNY AND HEARTBREAKING

Josh is so much more emotionally messed up I think from Jonas and while he and Kat are the dirty to Sarah and Jonas sweet. I'm so entranced with them both. However, I'll be the devil's advocate for me moment and say Kat needs to slow her roll and look and feel the words. Because anyone can SAY anything but actions are 10 times better than any word.

Well, Ms. Rowe has done it again! She's left me with a cliffhanger that has me dying to read the next book and just totally wanting to ditch writing this review and hold off on it until I'm done reading said next book. The Revelation was just so intense and even better than The Infatuation and nothing is going to stop me from diving into The Consummation as soon as I can!

I've always liked Kat - she's funny and she just has this happy, bubbly personality that makes you want to be around her. I think I'm a little more like Sarah in certain aspects, but I connect to Kat in ways that I don't with Sarah. Kat is definitely her own person - she loves to party and have fun, but you won't meet anyone more loyal to the people she cares about or who will go above and beyond to help them out. Yeah, Kat might not always be the nicest person in the world and she's devious and evil, as Josh would say, but she truly does have a heart of gold. She's strong, fierce, and sassy, but I love seeing her vulnerable, sweet side the most. Kat is an awesome heroine and I love her!

Well, just like I've always liked Kat - I've always liked Josh - heck, let's be honest, I loved him! He's hilarious and fun and you know that more often than not that you're going to have an absolutely fantastic time with him. I'm still not sure if I love Josh more than Jonas, but if I honestly had to pick one of them - I would totally pick Josh. He's always making me laugh and that's a huge part of why I would, but I also love how sweet, generous, and selfless he is. I connect to and understand Josh a little more and better than I do with Jonas, but I wholeheartedly love both of them - they're undeniably amazing!

The Revelation is so hot it practically set my kindle on fire! It made heart race and pound and kept me on the edge on my seat and flipping the pages as fast as I could. It was an engaging, sexy, entertaining, funny, heartbreaking, wonderful read and it's my favorite of Josh and Kat's story so far, but I have no doubts that The Consummation will be the best out of the three and will take the place as my new favorite!

The Revelation is the second part of Josh and Kat's story and the series must be read in order. It's told from Josh and Kat's POV and while the cliffhanger might not shock you, it will define leave you wanting more and desperate to find out what's going to happen next!

The Revelation is Book #2 in the story of Josh & Kat! I LOVED it! Lauren Rowe is brilliant and entertaining. She will make you pee in your pants laughing and then turn right around and make you cry your eyes out! In this book, Josh & Kat get closer, learn more about each other and share their deepest secrets and fantasies with each other. All the while, both are falling head over heels, but deny, deny, deny! This book is SCORCHING HAWT and totally REDONKS! And, so touching as they both completely fall for each other, but are so afraid to believe it or admit it. I enjoy Kat's sass and honesty and her ability to tell it like it is and knock Josh down a few notches, but builds him back up just the same!

Lauren, I've said it before in other reviews of your books, but I'll say it again! You have one insanely, crazy mind girlfriend! The way you write these characters is nothing short of AMAZING! I wish I had words like you do to fully express how in awe I am of your writing! I have never read books that shock me as much as these do with the things that come out of these characters mouths! I laugh out loud with all of your "Club" books, but I love throughout them just as much!

I remember after reading The Culmination, we had a few email exchanges and you had told me you were writing Josh & Kat's story. You told me then that I would fall in love with Josh & Kat and I'm telling you now...you were 100% right!!! Their connection is palpable and felt from the very first moment! Not only the physical (which they have in spades), but on a spiritual level too! One of my favorite moments in this book is when Jonas and Josh are chatting and Josh asks Jonas how he knew Sarah was The One and one of the things he says sticks out for me. Jonas tells Josh, "If a guy needs more than all that to be eternally happy with one woman, then he's either crazier than me or just a greedy-ass motherf$&?er." ❤️ Jonas is describing his feelings for Sarah, but it was so perfect for Josh's developing feelings for Kat.

To sum up my review...PERFECTION once again! READ THIS BOOK! I am looking forward to reading the final chapters of Josh & Kat's story and discover how they get to their happily ever after. That being said, I'm so incredibly sad that it's coming to an end! Then again, I'm hoping inspiration strikes you to write a series for the Morgan boys!

OMG!!! I literally just finished The Revelation and I'm chomping at the bit to start The Consummation! This book is full of win for me! I was soooooo excited to finally read what was in Josh's application! I have been dying to know since The Reclamation. I feel so satisfied now! No, I will not tell you what is in his application. You have to read it to find out! It was so worth the wait, I can promise you that.

I loved reading the missing pieces from The Redemption in this book! It was great to see what Kat, Josh, and Henny were doing on their end to save the world while we were in Washington DC with Jonas and Sarah. OMG and Hannah Banana Montana! That's all i will say. I love her. Holy the sex scenes were hot Batman! Josh and Kat are freaky deaky and I love it. They were so creative! I also love seeing Jonas and Sarah through their eyes. I still love them so much andIi just love reading about their love any way that I can *sigh*

Lauren, you know I love you so much, but I'm pretty sure my love for you grew 10 x's more because of the music! You were slaying me right along with Josh and Kat. James Bay! That scene... you know the one, it took my breathe away because it was so perfect for them in that moment. I looked him up and he has a new fan! The dude is amazing! You mentioned Mumford and Sons!!!!! Little fact about be, I LOVE THEM..... HARD! I have seen them live 3 times and have driven 6 hours to see them. I was so excited to see you mentioned them!

I want to scream and shout from the highest mountain top about how much I loved this book, but I can not. I don't want to ruin the experiance of someone reading this. So just know that I love it so freaking much and can not wait to jump into The Consummation because of THAT ENDING!!!!!!!!

I am sorry to Jonas and Sarah, bad asses in their own way, but Kat and Josh are even more amazing, enticing characters.

The Revelation is just that. Kat is in her hotel room, in Vegas, with Josh's application. Oh boy! What secrets will it tell?

Lets just the sexual tension between these two is palpable. You can feel it in your bones, taste it on your tongue. They part are sexually driven and open. the Yin to his Yang. What Josh feared most Kat didn't get scared off by. If anything she was turned on by it, more so when learning the reasons behind the need.

These two are kinky, but not in a "donkey" kind of way. Their sex is hot, spicy, igniting and combustible and then some. They grow closer and closer all while fighting to save the world from the Club. But fears begin to play a part. Kat worries if all this is, is playing on vacation like Josh has intimated. Josh fears Kat wants more then he is willing to open himself too.

This is a must read.

Kat is strong, opinionated, funny, sexy, while being feminine. Josh is bad ass, while showing strength for others, hotness and being a bad ass he is also a little insecure and doesnt see his real strengths that others see and are drawn too.

We still have great supporting characters in jonas and Sarah, Henn and Hannah, Reed, and others.

Lauren Rowe is a painter. Her words and the way see lays them on the canvas of the page paint a picture that sucks you in so much you feel like a spectator instead of a reader. One minute you are laughing the next you have tears in your eyes then straight to on the edge of your seat anxiousness.

5 stars, easily. Cant wait till the final book, The Consummation.

OMFG!!! I so freaking love this series. I completely fell in love with Jonas and Sarah in The Club Series. They were so hot I didn't think there was any way they could be upped. Well let me tell you I was so wrong, Josh and Kat are so freaking hot it's off the charts. They are absolutely hilarious and their chemistry is crazy. I was laughing one minute and fanning myself from the hotness in the next. Lauren Rowe knocked it out of the park with these two. I can't wait for the rest of their story, but I'm not ready for it to end. Best Series Ever!!

Well holy crappola my question of why I love this series so much even though sometimes I find the conversations childish has just been answered, The revelation is a hilarious, pee your pants, comedic piece of brilliance. I would truly love to peek inside the mind of Lauren Rowe for a few minutes I am guessing there would be a purple elephant having sex with a pink mouse. Honestly love it, narrated by John Lane and the awesome Lauren Rowe.

Fazit

Lauren Rowe is Queen!

I’m so upset!! I only have one book left, and I’m not ready to leave my loves. Josh and Kat have me. They have my heart completely. I haven’t had these kind of feels about a couple in a while. They truly are in a league of their own. Oh the angst. I want to cry for them. Book 3, here I come!!

4.5 stars. I really enjoyed Kat and Josh’s shenanigans in this book. Revelation was a quick and easy read, but it also had a surprising amount of depth and emotion to it, too. I don’t know why I’m not giving this a full five stars. I feel like the book was missing something, but I can’t exactly pinpoint what that something is. Anyways, I had a fun time reading this one!

Discovering the truth!

Josh and Kat are enjoying their time together having fun and fulfilling fantasies but are they destined for a HEA? Their chemistry gets hotter the more time they spend together but each is keeping secrets and the other knows something isn't right. Can they open themselves up and tell what's in their hearts? If the secrets get loose will they finally be together or will they break apart? This read was hilarious and at times emotional. Can't wait to read the conclusion

I love the banter between Kat and Josh! This book was so cute and funny! The party boy and the party-girl is ridiculous but a perfect match for each other! It was fun watching something that started as a fun fling turn into something real.

Une étoile en moins à cause de la fin en cliffhanger (même si c'est un peu léger, ça ne passe toujours pas chez moi), heureusement le dernier tome sort en février

***I received a copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review!***

Can I just say that these books keep getting hotter and hotter?!?! The clothes are off in this book, and Kat and Josh are on a mission to explore their deepest, darkest sexual fantasies. Need a poker chip anyone?

These are some of the steamiest, most erotic scenes I have ever read. We all know that the author isn't afraid to push boundaries, but this is a whole other level of SEXY GOODNESS!!! Not only will you laugh out loud like you never have before, you will swoon and lose your heart to the Playboy, only to be taken on the ride of your life (literally)!

Josh and Kat are masters at playing games, and their games have gotten even more intense. Delving into their erotic world will leave you hot and bothered! No one can role play like these two, and you may even be able to virtually check off some of your own fantasies. Everyone loves a sexy bartender, right? And these two certainly make creative use of food.

While a large part of the relationship between Josh and Kat focuses on their physical connection, it is actually through this physical connection that they are able to let down the walls between them. When you find yourself surrounded by someone that you can trust implicitly with your sexual desires then you are truly able to let go of everything else. Throughout their sexual escapades they find themselves growing closer and closer emotionally. Letting each other into their sordid pasts, their frustrations and failures, and their hopes for the future.

While Kat is definitely feminine and sultry, being raised with a bunch of brothers has given her some serious inside information into the working minds of guys. So much so that she even talks and acts "like a dude" at times. What I really love about Kat is that she isn't afraid to speak her mind. She knows who she is and she owns it. She has no plans to settle for anything less than the best, and she definitely brought out the best in Josh.

Josh is so lovable. He is sexy, funny, bold, confident and friendly. He has been so busy taking the whole world onto his shoulders to protect his brother's sanity that he has lived his whole life waiting for the other shoe to drop. As such, he takes things a day at a time, never one to plan too far into the future. He has his serious side, but he is not afraid to let go and live in the moment. To experiment and try new things. To meet new people and explore new adventures. He even has some unforgettable tattoos to prove it. You only live once, right?

Throughout the other books we've only had small glimpses of Josh's complex nature. He was just as seriously affected by the tragedy with his mother, but his life took a bit of a left turn. Both Jonas and Josh have a hard time expressing love since they never learned how, so when things get more serious between him and Kat he freaks out a bit. Whereas Jonas' instinct was to pull Sarah as close as possible, Josh has a bit of a different reaction. Considering his last serious relationship ending very badly, he never thought he would be able to find someone who could understand and accept every part of him. But Kat could and did. The only problem is that when you finally start to get everything you've ever wanted, there is always the fear that it won't last. That something will happen to take that happiness away. Sometimes it is something out of our control, and sometimes our fear is so great that we sabotage ourselves. When certain situations arise that these two never planned for, Josh falls prey to this bad habit. We can only hope that these two can find their own happily ever after.

There were a few things in this book that I did not enjoy, but they were pretty minor so they didn't affect my rating. Considering who the couple is, it was easy to see how they could come about. There was one scene that I was particularly worried about, but luckily it didn't come about and it made me happy. I can only say that these minor things relate to some of the sexual fantasies they have, which aren't my cup of tea, but maybe they are yours.

In the end, Josh and Kat's journey up to this point has been incredible. The way they look at each other when they think that no one is watching, the possessiveness they feel with one another, the experiences they go through, and the incredible chemistry you can feel coming off of every page...this is an absolute MUST READ for EVERYONE! I could shout it from the rooftops how much I love these books, but since I lost my voice I guess that's just not possible right now. Instead, I will urge you to go out and 1-click this beautiful love story today!
