Needed more heat (fade to black is fine but give me a good kissing scene at least) and a bit more emotion in some scenes. Loved the father-son relationship.
Also what was the point of setting it in a new world when no world-building was done for it, it could have been set on earth easily.

This is good book! There is some jumping back and forth between time lines. But once you get used to that the book flows very well. Mark meets Ramsey at an art show and the attraction is instantaneous. But Mark cannot figure out why. Ramsey is a vampire that knows Mark as Mathew, a vampire Hunter from he knew several hundred years ago. Mark is the reincarnation of Mathew. This story tells of how Ramsey and Mathew met fell in love despite the dangers. Now Mark and Ramsey will have to see if they have the same spark.
