A Very Mountain Man Christmas is book four in the Fallen Peak series by Shaw Hart. I adore this series. These are all so sweet, sexy and just fun. They are short enough to read in a couple of hours and they always brighten your day.
Tilly has been working at Sweetie Pies Bakery for about ten months. She loves her job. She also has a huge crush on her boss. He’s so sexy but whenever he’s there, he’s abrupt and grumpy. She can’t figure out what his problem is.
Ledger Mills knows exactly what his problem is, Tilly! He’s practically obsessed with her and whenever he’s in the bakery, he’s tongue tied and awkward around her. He never wanted a woman in his life but all he can think about is how to keep her forever.
When Ledger is in an accident, he wakes up asking for his wife, Tilly. He can’t remember much except her. Tilly has no idea why Ledger thinks they are married but she is told to go along with it until his memories come back.
These two were just so cute! And of course, it’s always fun to get to visit with the couples from the previous books. This is a feel good story that is sure to make your Christmas just a little bit brighter.

This fast-paced Christmas story was exactly what I wanted. It has a growly mountain man, it was adorably sweet and fun, and it made me want to keep turning the pages.
Ledger is a sexy AF, grumpy mountain man who doesn’t express his feelings much and who doesn’t care for the Christmas season. After an accident that puts him in the hospital with amnesia, things change... For the better. He’s suddenly not afraid to show his feelings and ask for what he wants. And then it’s no surprise that Christmas has become his favorite holiday.
This was short and sweet and cute and spicy.
I definitely need/want to read the other books in this series!

Ledger and Tilly
I was curious about Ledger because he was described as grumpy, silent type of guy (which I love) in previous books
So i was excited to read his story but I am disappointed, didn't like it, h was cold , no chemistry, i didn't feel them 🤷♀️

I generally don't like stories that involve any sort of amnesia. They're really frustrating and they're just never a good time for me. However, since these books are so short, Ledger's amnesia didn't last very long and I found I didn't have any trouble reading it.
Considering the fact that in the previous books Ledger was portrayed as grumpy, abrupt and honestly kind of a butthole, I thought he was incredibly sweet, especially with Tilly.
When I say that this book is my least favorite in the series so far, I mean that by like .5 of a star. They're all very quick, fun, steamy and cute reads and this was another solid instalment.

My reviews always contain spoilers, I write them so I can remember the story.
Ledger has been in love with Tilly for a while, but he’s a grumpy mountain man who doesn’t know how to tell her. She’s equally in love with him but keeps things friendly and professional, she works for Ledger at his bakery. He is a wealthy man who owns several businesses in town, he’s guarded because after his parents died when he was 17 his uncle tried to steal his inheritance and still tries to get money out of him. A bad snow storm and an animal cause Ledger to have an accident that causes temporary memory loss. When he comes to in the hospital he keeps asking for his wife, Tilly. When she and all his close friends get to the hospital everyone is a bit confused why Tilly is there, they know he’s crazy about her but hasn’t told her yet. Everyone is shocked when he says she’s his wife. To help him heal one of his friends asks her to go along with it. She goes home with him once he’s released to help him. He’s a little confused when he doesn’t see anything of Tilly’s things at his house, but she tells him she hasn’t fully moved in yet. More things throw up red flags until his memory comes back and he realizes he’s not really married to Tilly. He tells her he remembers and he wants her to stay with him, he tells her he loves her, she tells him she loves him too. Their first time together is sexy and sweet, dual virgins! He asks her to marry him for real and she accepts. Epilogue one year later at Christmas with a new baby and five years later with more kids and them very happy.
I liked that he confesses he got his memory back, he doesn’t hide behind it to keep Tilly with him. He finally tells her what’s in his heart.

Imaginaos el tema, se me antoja este libro y sí, ha sido por la portada 😂😂; porque el resto no eran a priori datos muy alagüeños: libro traducido del inglés (detesto encontrarme malas traducciones) y además, el cuarto de una serie de la que no tenemos ninguna referencia... Vamos, que las papeletas para que la lectura nos saliese "rana" eran bastante altas, pero... ha cumplido y me lo he zampado del tirón en un ratito de nada 🥰🥰.
Al lío, el prota es Ledger, jefe de Tilly. Él está enamorado de ella y el sentimiento es recíproco. El problema: nadie da el paso..., así que «unos por otros y la casa sin barrer». 😂😂
Un accidente hace que Ledger tenga una amnesia de esas de película en la que solo recuerda, curiosamente, que Tilly es su esposa 🙈🙈🙈.
Y ya está, poco más puedo contaros..., porque querréis saber cómo se destapa el pastel, ¿verdad? Pues ya sabeis la respuesta... 📚😜

Pues para un ratito que no sepas qué leer sí. Es entretenido, una lectura fluida y con buen ritmo desde el minuto uno. La traducción tiene cosillas, pero es más que aceptable 😉.
Conoces un poco a los amigos de Fallen Peak y te dan ganas de leer el resto de la serie... 👌
Incluso escenas hot para acompañar el relato y sobrellevar el frío que hace fuera de esa cabaña 🔥❤️🔥; eso sí, hay un dato poco creíble viendo la sucesión de los hechos en cuanto al tema sex0, o así lo he visto yo... 😂😂. Si lo leéis ya comentaremos 😉.

They've been in love with one another for a year now, but they never said anything. After an unfortunate accident, Ledger wakes up believing that Tilly is his wife when she's not. Tilly and his friends go along the charade, but what will happen once he remembers that they're not married?
It's a great short story with some spicy scenes and no drama. If you love novellas with double Vs and an over the top hero, you will most definitely like this one.

A Christmas Miracle!😍
After hearing the little bits and pieces of teasing from the guys about how in love Ledger is with Tilly we finally got their story! It was so adorable to watch Tilly & Ledger circle around each other at Sweetie Pies and then to both be crushing hard on one another. The grumpiness Ledger had could have been even grumpier and more played out, but this is a short term memory type of romance so that was a good little portion of their story.
I really did enjoy how Tilly stepped up for Ledger no questions asked, well some questions😂, and took care of him. The book was well paced in my opinion and I’m happy we got to the cute and romantic stuff relatively fast. There is some good steamy scenes, catching up with all of the friends, and an adorable HEA! I’d recommend every insta lover, or anybody in the mood for a fast/sweet book pick this one up!

Boring but HEA
It’s nice but really dull. I feel like the characters were so undeveloped and it’s not even really steamy. Doesn’t make for a good stand alone.

I have been loving this series and being introduced to each couple.
I had been waiting for this one and it didn't disappoint.
After the mention of them in the previous book it geared you up for what was to come.
I loved both main characters and how they already had a background together and knew each other.
The amnesia aspect was so good and I loved the playing pretend but really wanting each other aspect.
Even though you know they would you were left having a will they won't they as it went on.
The characters had amazing chemistry and I loved the mention of secondary or past characters, it made the story so much more.
This was a perfect Christmas romance to curl up with a fluffy blanket and a nice hot drink!
The storyline kept you engaged and also made you crave the next book and to also go back and read the previous book!
The author has nailed this series!

Wonderful!! This was a nice quick, short read. I absolutely love it.
Ledger met Tilly when she first came to Fallen Peak, she works at Sweetie Pies and he's her boss. When Ledger comes in to help Tilly close, since the snow is coming down hard and they have no customers. Ledger sends Tilly home and tells her not to come in the next day since it'll take them all day to clear the roads. Ledger is driving home when he gets a phone call from one of his friends, a deer darts out in front of him and he crashes. Tilly gets a phone call that Ledger is hurt and keeps asking for her. When she arrives none of Ledger's friends are there, a nurse is in his room taking care of him. When everyone else arrives Tilly tries to sneak out, but Ledger asks her where she's going. When the doctor comes in and tells him about his injuries, then he checks out Tilly. Ledger tells the doctor he needs to keep his eyes off his wife. Everyone gives Ledger a strangle look, and Tilly isn't sure of what to do. Wells asks to speak to Tilly in the hallway, he tells her he needs to go along with this because of Ledger's injuries. When everyone is leaving Tilly tells Ledger she'll stay at the hotel across the road, but he asks her to stay with him. The next day Ledger is confused about some of the things that happened to Tilly lies to fill in some of the gabs. When everyone else arrives they bring breakfast, then Ledger gets released. Tilly helps Ledger go to his home, but he doesn't understand why she doesn't have her things in his home. Tilly tells him she hasn't moved in yet she's making him work for it. Ledge wants to go get her things but she tells him he needs to rest. Tilly starts to make something to eat while he goes to take a shower. Tilly goes looking for Ledger's Christmas decoration and starts pulling things up. Tilly tells him they should get a real tree and he tells her they can go the next day. Everyone comes over to check on Ledger and they bring along food. When there's another knock at the door Tilly answers it to find her sister. Tilly is surprised to see her but she tell her that Ledger bought her a plane ticket. Tilly fills in her sister on the accident and how Ledger thinks they are married. Tilly introduces her sister to everyone, and she thanks Ledger for bringing her sister for the holidays. Ledger wants to know why she doesn't have access to his bank account and she tells him her cards haven't come in. Everyone talks while they eat and Ledger can't keep his eyes off Tilly. When Ledger starts to lick up Tilly's neck she pulls away from him and tells him he needs to be resting. The next day they head to the store to pick up a few things for Christmas, Tilly sneaks away to get a few things for Ledger. After they arrive back home, everyone comes over to see how Ledger is doing. The bring over dinner and when they are done they divide everyone thing up. Ledger head to bed while Tilly wraps up her presents. When Tilly is done she takes a shower, when she comes out Ledger steps closer to her, that's when it hits him. Everything comes back to him all at once, he remembers they aren't married. He asks her why she went along with it. Tilly tells him he was happy when she came to see him. He tells her he's been in love with her since she came to town. Tilly tells him she loves him too. The towel slips off Tilly and Ledger tells her she's beautiful. Ledger pleasure her, they make love. The next morning Tilly pleasures him, then they make love. They need to get up everyone will be there soon. After they shower they head downstairs to get everything ready for their friends. After everyone arrives they eat then pass out presents. After everyone leaves Tilly asks Ledger if he got everyone he wanted, he tells her almost. Ledger goes to one knee he tells her he loves her, she's the only woman he wants. He asks her if she'll marry him as he gives her his mother's ring. Tilly tells him yes, Tilly's sister comes and congratulations them. Ledger tells Tilly they'll get married tomorrow, as they both let their friends know. One year later, Tilly is about to give birth, but she doesn't want to stay at the hotel across from the hospital. After Ledger gets the lights fixed he comes to find that Tilly's having contractions. Tilly has pies in the oven but Ledger rushes her out the door he turns off the oven and puts them in the fridge. One the way he calls everyone to let them know. Five years later, Ledger stays home to take care of their two children Mel and Chris. Tilly has a present for Ledger, she opens her robe to show him his present. Ledger carries Tilly upstairs to unwrap his present. Tilly doesn’t need a Christmas present ever again. The life that she's built with her sexy mountain man is the best gift that she could ever get.

Tilly has had a crush on Ledger since she first came to Fallen Peak 10 months ago. He has a very grumpy exterior but she knows there is a soft inside by the way he acts when it is just the two of them closing the shop. What she doesn't know is that Ledger has feelings for her as well but is unsure on how to approach her.

I adore Shaw Hart's stories. Somehow they linger a little longer than others and make me fall a little for the characters. Also so many are interconected, giving much more depth, but you can still enjoy them single, but who would want that :o).It also has that Christmas spirit.

A VERY MOUNTAIN MAN CHRISTMAS by Shaw Hart. Christmastime is such a busy time, that I enjoy reading the short Christmas books that are fast and fun to read. This one is entertaining and a Christmas theme.
Ledger Miles knew right away that when Tilly Lowren arrived in Fallen Creek that she would be trouble. As Ledger promptly changes from gruff and growly (because he cannot seem to bring himself to tell Tilly how he feels) to outwardly affectionate, Tilly tries to help him recover while hoping he doesn't change his mind when he gets his memory back. This book was amazing! I loved the story between Tilly and Ledger who have secretly been in love with each other since she moved to Fallen Peak. Tilly works for Ledger in his bakery and has been in love with him since she started work. Ledger is a growler grumpy mountain man who also happens to be secretly in love with Tilly and his best friends keep telling him he needs to let her know. When Ledger is driving home one night in the snow and thinking about Tilly he gets in an accident. When he wakes up in the hospital he thinks Tilly is his wife and his friend convinces her it’s best to go along with it for the time being. These two have so much chemistry that jumps off the pages of this book. I highly recommend this and all the other books in this series.

This interesting, Mountain Holiday book 4 in The Fallen Peak Book Series has a wonderful story and interesting characters who you will fall in love with. This lone mountain alpha is over-the-top, and falls head over heels in love with his employee who he thinks he is married to when he has an accident with amnesia. It is a very fast paced hot and dirty romance guaranteed to get you turning those pages. I really enjoy Shaw's books. They make for quick reads, which are good when you don't have a lot of time and want to get a good sexy read in. If you're looking for a steamy instalove story and series: these five men are all determined to be alone until the women that they're meant to be with find their way past their defenses.

First things first; I like the cover of this book!
A very mountain man Christmas is the fourth book in the ‘’fallen peak’’ series.
This story is short, fast paced and an enjoyable read. I read this book in one sitting and was satisfied throughout. I found the writing style easy to follow, the characters likeable and the storyline enjoyable. Ledger and Tilly have been in love with one another for a while. Will they ever confess their feelings to one another and give a relationship a chance?
The chemistry between Ledger and Tilly is clear to see and I liked them together.
I liked that Tilly played along and helped Ledger after his accident.
I liked the ending and the epilogue for this story.
The storyline for this book is easy to follow and it is an enjoyable read. I look forward to more books from this series.

This is book number 4 of the Fallen Peak series and focuses on Ledger and Tilly. Tilly has been working in Ledgers bakery for almost a year and they have been been completely in love with each other but have never told the other their feelings. When Ledger gets into a car accident and hits his head pretty hard, he wakes up thinking Tilly is his wife. Everyone decides it is best for Tilly to go along with it until he gets his memories back. I loved how much they both loved each other and only wanted the other to be happy at all times. This was such a great story and great addition to the series. I really liked how good of a job this book set up for the next book as well.

It seems that Ledger has lost his memory but he is certain he is married to Tilley. So his friends talk her into pretending to be his wife until he gets his memory back. But as both Ledger and Tilley have been attracted to each other since she first started her job what will happen when he actually does recover....my money is on this lasting a lifetime.

Ms. Shaw is back with another 5 star book with the Fallen Peak men! This time, we finally get Tilly and Ledger's story and it's really sweet yet steamy. I really love the surprise but it does make sense with both of Ledger and Tilly's backgrounds. I love the connection, longing, and chemistry between these two. I'm that it took them so long and Ledger had to get hurt but fate works in mysterious ways! I can't wait for Wells book next cause I have a feeling that one is going to be a doozy! I would highly recommend this book, this series, and Ms. Shaw as an excellent author.

We finally get Ledger and Tilly's story and it was worth the wait! We get a sweet and steamy story with the amazing connection and chemistry between them. They've been dancing around each other and he acts grouchy because he likes her so when he has an accident and he loses his memory except for the fact that Tilly's his wife. Tilly gets the call to go to the hospital and is surprised by him telling everyone she's his wife she goes along with it to help him get better. What's going to happen when his memory returns? You need to read this book to see what happens.

This was the cutest amnesia book I have read in possibly forever. Tilly works for Ledger, all while carrying around the secret of her crush on him. Ledger also is hiding his feelings from Tilly. When he has an accident and hitting his head, he insists she be called. When she arrives, its to discover he thinks they are married. His friend Wells asks her to play along and she does so, wishing it were true. She decides to soak up all the memories she can before he gets his memory back and it all disappears. This was just so sweet, so romantic I loved watching them fall even deeper in love! 5 stars!

All his friends are there and he tells the Dr to keep his eyes off his wife. Yup he had some amnesia where she is concern. It takes a few days till it all came back to him be and she told him the truth , he's mad at h it s friend but it gave him the opportunity to finally tell her he loves her. She's confessed her love for him.

These two have danced around and avoided their attraction from the start. They each had their own reasons but an accident brings it front and center. Their friends have watched them fall hard for each other. When he gets short term amnesia, he remembers what he wants reality to be, not necessarily what it truly is. Tilly has to play it by ear until his memory returns. Funny and sweet love story with its share of steam. I really enjoyed their story

Friends can be better than family sometimes.
I kind of loved this amnesia love story. It was entertaining and enjoyable even though I had questions that I wanted answered but they weren’t. The characters were interesting and likable and I totally want their friends to be mine. Their friend group was not really large but enough to feel like they were extended family. Wells was pretty sneaky getting Tilly to go along with pretending to be Ledger’s wife. I loved how the story ended and their happy ever after made me smile. I recommend reading this book.
