Quota Exceeded - Address Move Requests- error migrating static IP

Hi, We are in the process of migrating our cloud assets (VMs, cloud SQL, functions etc) from one Google Project to another, but unable to transfer our Static IPs from the old project to the new, and this is causing our migration to fail. These static IPs are whitelisted with our external customers gateway and are critical to be migrated before we delete the project.

The error message we are getting Quota exceeded for quota metric 'Address move requests' and limit 'Address move requests per minute per region' of service 'compute .googleapis.com ' for consumer 'project_number:XXXX264'.

Also, one of our static IPs below has now disappeared for some reason! We are not even able to select it or edit it, any insights on how we can request a higher quota and how do we get back our static IP?

To add more info, the quotas page has disabled the selection check box to request additional quota (despite not using any  quota for "Address move requests", its literally 0), so there is no way to request additional quota. Any help to unblock us is appreciated!

It's not possible to transfer your static IP addresses while moving from one project to another.
You can use this link to request for project quota increase.

Hi, How will project quota increase help resolve this? We do not need to
increase project quota, we need to quota increase for "Address Move
Requests". Is there a separate page for this resource?

Was this ever resolved, we are having the same issue. We are getting the same error with the Address Move quota being exceeded. The source project has a quota of 1, and the destination has a quota of 0
