How we can download OS Information without enable the VM Manager

In our project we have more than 600 servers, some are created through public images, and some are created through custom images and some are migrated.

Unable to retrieve the OS information from GCP without enabling any gcp api's or Enable VM Manager to view OS info.

Is any possible way to get the same without it?

Hi Sahil, I am the PM on VM Manager, Just saw your message. 
ping me via email (PII Removed by Staff) if you like to discuss more in detail about your use case and what's stopping you from using VM Manager. 

you can technically do it, but at that scale you would be investing in managing and scaling the tool than the actual job to be done of "ensuring your VMs are in healthy state"
