Pusha T is New York Fashion Week's short suit king

In Thom Browne!

American rapper Pusha T knows how to wear clothes. He gets what works for his body, and what doesn't. King Push knows that logomania can be too manic. He knows that there's a time and a place for a tracksuit. He understands when to wear a suit (the Grammys, brunch at Beyoncé's etc), and alternatively, when not to. He likes experimentation but knows how far to push it.

Gotham

Case in point: yesterday he was one of the guests at Thom Browne's Autumn/Winter 2023 show in New York City. He wore another fit for the books. One that had him veer into new territory, but one he looked totally comfortable in, and a Thom Browne signature: the off-kilter short suit.

Boxy in shape, Pusha's teamed a navy DB with a pair of wide shorts, and finished with four stripe socks (yes, another Browne signature) and a pair of rubberised Chelsea boots. Crisp white shirt, no tie. Low-key minimalism, but still a little left-field.

And Pusha isn't alone. Fellow fashion boy A$AP Rocky loves mashing up blazers with shorts, letting his legs out on date nights with Rihanna. Evan Mock's into them, as is Ismael Cruz. And Thom Browne is arguably the spiritual founding father of the short suit: it's his thing, and upon it, he's build an empire.

Proper fashion boy stuff.
