Pitti Uomo Day Three

The men’s fashion season started in London last week and now it’s popping off in Florence, Italy for Pitti Uomo 92. The GQ Style squad is on the ground in Firenze right now seeing fashions, bumping elbows with elite designers (and not-so-elite social media stars), and consuming copious amounts of juicy Tuscan bovine. The trade show known as Pitti takes place twice a year, but this one is extra special because it’s a hundred degrees out and the gelato tastes extra nice. But more importantly: This year, the special guest designers include Hugo (Hugo Boss’s men’s line designed by Bart de Backer), JW Anderson, and Off-White by the good homie Virgil Abloh, each of whom will present a runway show.

Here, tag along with GQ Style editor-in-chief Will Welch, fashion director Mobolaji Dawodu, and senior editor Noah Johnson as they take the city by storm with photographer Adam Birkan, who’s snapping the famous (and occasionally infamous) Pitti Uomo street style—and so much more. Come back daily for loads of new snaps in our photo report. And look out Milan and Paris: We’re coming for you next.
