Description
The Oxford School Residences revitalizes a beautiful example of Victorian architecture known as the Oxford Elementary School, located in the north end of Fairhaven, MA. The historic structure and additional new construction has been transformed into 52 apartments (45 affordable units) for adults 62 and over, and incorporates original features and details where possible. The 45 Affordable Apartments are based on 30% AMI (Area Median Income) and 60% AMI.
