EVERETT — A portion of W Marine View Drive will be closed starting Sept. 17 to install the Grand Avenue Park Bridge.
The closure will last 10 days and span 13th to 18th Streets. During that time the steel truss will be lifted, rotated and attached.
It will take one day to hoist the bridge and another to turn and connect it.
