- <strong>2.5</strong> lbs
corned beef brisket with spice packet
Russian Dressing
Dark Rye Bread
Sliced Swiss or White cheddar cheese
Sauerkraut
- 1/2 cup
HVR ranch dressing
- 3 tbsp
Ketchup
- 1/2 tsp
paprika
- 1/2 tsp
salt
- 1/4 tsp
pepper
- 1/2 tsp
Worchestire sauce

To an instant pot add 2 cups of chicken broth, ½ packet of HVR seasoning packet and spice packet that came with the meat.
Mix and place the trivet at the bottom of the pot, add the corned beef brisket and pressure cook for 1.15H

Cool corned beef slightly , Remove fat and shred, mix in some of the strained Jus.

Build the sandwich:
On toasted dark Rye bread, add the ranch russian dressing, the shredded corned beef, the sauerkraut and the cheese. Put the sandwich under the broiler for 20 seconds to melt the cheese (keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn). Add more of the Ranch Russian dressing if needed and enjoy!
