The apartment is located in the quiet, for the exclusive use of the residents are: track well maintained swimming pool, tennis court and play area for the children. The entrance to the estate, as well as swimming pool, garage and other facilities is possible with the remote control.
There are only 800 metres to the sea, and it takes 15 minutes on foot and during the walk, you can admire a Mediterranean vegetation: bougainvillea, jasmine, oleander and palm trees.
