Remembering Lahaina

We continue to grieve for Lahaina in the aftermath of the tragic wildfires that tore through the town, killing more than a hundred people and destroying the majority of homes and businesses. To pay tribute to this beloved, beach-front Maui town, we are sharing photos taken many years ago by O‘ahu photographer and editor Brett Uprichard, who worked for Honolulu Publishing Co., which formerly owned and published HONOLULU Magazine. We love you, Lahaina, and look forward to you rising again.
