1To All The Boys I've Loved Before (2018)
Netflix Valentine's Day is the day of love letters after all, so we had to include this sweet Netflix rom-com, which tells the story of love letters gone awry. Spoiler, it all ends up OK ... or maybe it doesn't? The sequel coming this year should clear things up for us.

2Love, Simon (2018)
20th Century Fox DO NOT WATCH THIS MOVIE ON AN AIRPLANE. In a very official survey of my close friends, every person who watched on an airplane was reduced to a puddle of tears in public. This movie is meant to be watched with your sweetie or alone with ice cream. Those are the only options. Watch as Simon struggles with coming out in his suburban neighborhood and his quest to find his secret admirer.

Amazon Studios What's better than a sweet rom-com about how a serious illness brought two lovers together? The fact that it's based on a real life love story. This very funny movie was written by star Kumail Nanjiani and his wife Emily Gordon about the beginning of their relationship, and it's a great watch to really understand what "in sickness and health" really means.

Whatever your pleasure, this musical about two artists trying to make it in LA delivers on every count.

7"Silver Linings Playbook" (2012)
The Weinstein Company The movie that won J.Law her Oscar was considered IMPORTANT filmmaking when it was released, but on rewatch, it's really just a really well-made romantic comedy, with an interesting examination of mental health at the center. Before he romanced Lady Gaga, Bradley Cooper has never looked better learning to dance with Lawrence and never been as heartbreaking than when he's hitting us in the feels during scenes with Robert DeNiro.

Warner Bros. Pictures Some of parts of this movie have aged worse than others (ahem, the babysitter being in love with Steve Carrell), however the scenes between Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling are worth overlooking all the other stuff for. As just a part of the intertwining love stories in this movie, these two only need like three scenes to prove why we're willing to watch them fall in love over and over again.
