Brother’s Pizza emulates those New York-style slice joints that offer big, floppy pennants of pie for eating on the street. We were sold when we stopped in for a couple slices and got pizza straight from the oven rather than what was sitting on the counter. Two slices of crispy-crusted pizza and a bottle of water put us out a mere $10. In the afternoon, the location in Cypress off of 290 and Skinner Road becomes a high school hangout.
