When you purchase an item benefiting a charity, Humble Bundle will within 45 days pay the indicated amount allocated to charity to PayPal Giving Fund (the "Org") to benefit your chosen charity, subject to its terms and policies. The payment will be made less applicable administrative fees and sales taxes, VAT, and payment processor fees. We request that the Org distributes the funds the same month to the charity indicated in your Humble Store shopping cart at the time of purchase OR the charity indicated on a product page, so the charity will receive funds within 60 days of your purchase. The Org retains ultimate discretion and control over the use of the donations they receive from Humble Bundle. In the rare event PPGF cannot deliver donations to the charity indicated, it will reassign the funds to another charity in PPGF's directory. You will not be entitled to a tax deduction for contributions made by Humble Bundle to the Org.
