Title:

Why does random red pixels appear on screen?

Text:

Our TCL D2700 has been having this issue randomly. Usually the red pixels appear on black outlines formed in the picture. What part of the TV should I worry about? Is this fixable?
Added to this, I would also like to ask if backlight bleed is fixable? I have tried loosening the screws around the panel and applying a bit of pressure on the affected areas by wiping it with microfiber cloth but it had no effect.
I hope someone can help me, thanks. Here are some pictures taken from my phone:

+=== Update (11/04/2019) ===
+@oldturkey03 hi, thanks for your response. The TV’s model is 40D2700. I’ve opened up the back panel and only saw one board. I think the t-con board and power board are indeed combined like you mentioned.
