Grizzled Veteran | Obtained from side quest, Symbiosis. | |
The Hawk | Obtained from side quest, Statuesque. | |
Gallant Grunt | Obtained from killing 1,000 enemies with Action skill. | |
Roguish Renegade | Obtained from side quest, In Memoriam. | |
Radar Ranger | Default head. | |
Space Knight | Super Rare random drop from BNK3R. | |
Medic Mantis | Obtained from killing Geary. | |
Wetworker | Default head. | |
Mine But Not Yours | (minecraft head) Dropped by killing a Creeper in the Caustic Caverns mine. | |
Handsome Jack's Mask | Drops after you defeat Handsome Jack. | |
Vault Veteran: Lancer | Given to players with a Borderlands 1 game save. | |
| Clever Boy | Obtained after completing "The Fall of Nakayama" Mission in Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt DLC. | |
Scurvy Dog | Obtained after completing "X Marks The Spot" Mission in Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty DLC. | |
Chopper Topper | Appears randomly in Torgue Vending Machines in "Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage". | |
Dapper Gent | Rare drop from killing Henry the stalker. | |
