cracked and leaked making teaElizabethWe were absolutely loving these mugs and the great dinnerware set that matches, a great price and style for our vacation home. Coffee drinking has been find but my daughters visited and made tea. They poured from our electric kettle and I heard a loud snap and scalding water poured all over. No injury, but could have been dangerous. The second cup didn't have a "pop" sound but got a crack from the hot water as well. We'll just use them for (less hot) coffee until we can replace them next visit.1

Absolutely not 13ozCesarThis mug barely holds 10 oz, just maybe under 11oz. This does not come close to 13oz, which is crucial space when it comes to espresso based drinks. 1

A poor mug for hot drinks.WilliamI've seen that some other reviewers have mentioned that the mug's handle is too small. In particular, the natural way one would hold this mug, with your index finger through the handle and with your middle finger supporting underneath, presses that lower finger directly against a heated portion of the mug (assuming you're drinking tea or some other hot beverage). A mug should not be uncomfortable to drink from, nor should it scald you for holding it in a natural way. This line should probably be discontinued and replaced with something with a better handle.1
