First half of the seventies. Light industry enterprises are being built all over the Soviet Union. Hundreds, thousands of young people and girls rush to work, and among them three friends - Masha, Nina and Zoya - move from the village to a new city under construction, where they will work in a weaving factory. A dizzying turn immediately takes place in their destinies: the girls fall in love with one guy. But only one of them will become the happy chosen one of Ivan.

Ivan is a successful young man, surrounded by the daily cares of his mother, grandmother and two sisters, and none of the women wants to share it with his chosen one. And then he makes a fictitious marriage with Klava, at first sight a crazy girl, so that family members get used to the idea that he will ever marry. Naturally, Klava is met with hostility, but gradually the measured family structure begins to change.

Three young, beautiful and successful women in their own way live their own lives. They were not friends and did not even know each other, but fate decreed that they had to meet. By chance, each of them gets acquainted with a young man and gets into a very unpleasant situation, which turns into a loss of money. It turns out that all the women were deceived by the same conman. The heroines decided to unite to take revenge on the man and punish him for cheating. It is only thanks to a sharp mind, feminine intuition and a desire for revenge that they are trying to find a way out of such an unsolvable situation.

Nadya Gorelova is the head of the canteen at the local police department. The girl has real culinary talent, but her cherished dream is to serve in the police and catch criminals. But the curvaceous beauty is not suitable for this job in any respect.
