Man wants to kill himself but needs to babysit his sister kids after years of no contact. Very good "People can change" movie.

I am a Wes Anderson fan and this isn't really a little known movie but its the one I think gets overlooked the most over maybe Bottle Rocket. Gets me teared up most times I watch it which is rare so a little emotional sentimentality earns it a spot here.

Sad but not tragic as everyone is already dead. This is one I am more sentimental of than any other on this list next to "Before I Disappear".

Bittersweet and still something people in their 20's can get today. Feels a little rushed and could have done with another 20 minutes to further establish characters and past but still one of my faves.

Everything about it is great and the fact it was just a little side project in-between giant movies for Wong Kar Wai makes it feel like the passion project it is.

I found it to be more relatable and oddly nostalgic and heartwarming compared to the latter.

As long as he doesn't choose, anything is possible.Now this is one I never hear anyone talk about. Reviews are like 6ish wherever I look. One of my favorite "I'm sad and wish my life was different" movies.
