In the late 1970s he went to the US and studied acting with Lee Strasberg and Anna Strasberg , then in the 1990s he became a tutor at the Lee Strasberg Studio in London.
His London theatre appearances include: "How To Succeed In Business Without Really Trying" (Shaftesbury, 1963), "Little Me" (Cambridge, 1964) and "Never Nothing From No One" (Cockpit theatre, 2000).
