Peter Devaney Flanagan was born in Brooklyn, New York but grew up in Middletown, NewJersey. He studied film at Glassboro State College, in Glassboro, New Jersey.
He has worked with such film makers as Guillermo del Toro, Wes Craven, Keith Samples, Chuck Russell, Kevin Sorbo, Ernie Barbarash, Kellie Madison, Patrick Lussier, Steve Miner, Santiago Segura and many others as their Editor.
He was nominated for best editing by the Mexican Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Science for "Un Embrujo".
