Born in 1958 in France, and lives in San Sebastian (Spain) since 1985.
He studied under Guy Maneveau at the University of Pau (France) ad under Bertrand Dubedout in National Conservatory of Toulouse. 1rst composition prize en 1987.

His music for movies won several prizes, including a Gold pentagram for "El otro barrio" at the Buenos Aires Film Festival, Silver Biznaga in Malaga Spanish film Festival for 20 Centimetros, Best European soundtrack for "Azul oscuro casi negro," from the European Composer Federation (FFACE),and received various nomination in Spanish academia awards (Goya), Finnish academia awards (Jussi) and Spanish music Awards.
