- Vojtech Jasný was born on November 30, 1925 in Kelc, Czechoslovakia [now Czech Republic]. He was a director and writer, known for All My Good Countrymen (1969), When the Cat Comes (1963) and Touha (1958). He died on November 15, 2019 in Prerov, Czech Republic.
