The actors were both there to support the Global Down Syndrome Foundation. The event in Denver raised money for medical care and research for people with Down syndrome.

Seventeen years after 7th Heaven wrapped its 11-season run, and 20 years since their characters Mary and Lucy Camden last shared a scene, Jessica Biel and Beverley Mitchell reunited Saturday at the Global Down Syndrome Foundation’s 16th Annual Be Beautiful Be Yourself Fashion Show in Colorado.

The childhood stars of the series 7th Heaven, Beverly Mitchell, David Gallagher and Mackenzie Rosman, are now denouncing their former television father’s alleged sexual misconduct in a new podcast.

Three months after launching their podcast Catching Up With the Camdens, the cast members have returned to rewatch their show, and they begin by sharing their thoughts on old co-star Stephen Collins.

In acknowledging Collins’ behavior, Gallagher led the podcast by saying, “All forms of abuse — sexual abuse of any kind — it’s inexcusable. And victims of abuse need to be shown compassion, and they should be given support.”

Stephen Collins‘ former 7th Heaven co-stars are addressing his sexual assault scandal.

Back in 2014, it was revealed that the 76-year-old actor admitted to inappropriate sexual contact with three female minors, which he allegedly confessed to his ex-wife Faye Grant during a leaked therapy session from 2012.

The family drama 7th Heaven has been gone since 2006, wrapping its 11-season run on the WB and then one season on The CW.

But the cast parting was not permanent, and this week, they gathered for ’90s Con in Hartford, Connecticut.

Former child star Lorenzo Brino, who played one of the Camdens on 7th Heaven, died earlier this month in a fatal car accident, reports TMZ. The actor was 21.

Brino lost control of his vehicle while driving in San Bernandino County last Monday. He struck a pole and was pronounced dead at the scene.

It may have taken days — weeks, even — for your pulse to stop pounding after watching Sharknado, the Twitter-friendly weather documentary that featured Tara Reid as a pile of wet rags. Soon after the social-media phenomenon that was "Sharknado," it's doubtful there could be a better time for "Ghost Shark."

Syfy stays in the what-else-can-we-do-to-a-shark game with its latest original movie, debuting Thursday, Aug. 22. Indeed, the title creature is undead, having been killed by a fisherman ... and it returns to wreak vengeance, one of its targets being the father of a young woman played by "7th Heaven" alum Mackenzie Rosman.

She tries to stop the terror before she becomes a victim herself, getting assistance from a lighthouse keeper portrayed by Richard Moll, famous as bailiff Bull on the sitcom "Night Court."

Though Rosman was unaware of the countless Tweets that "Sharknado" prompted when Syfy first ran it last month, Moll knew about it and realized what it might do for his own shark movie.

That “Shark-a-Thon” starts Saturday morning at 9/8c with Malibu Shark Attack and finishes off with an encore presentation of Sharknado beginning at 9pm/8c.

Whether it’s because of the shark programming or the decision had already been made is anyone’s guess, but the remaining episodes of Primeval: New World and Sinbad that would have aired through August 31 and August 24, respectively, have now been consolidated into marathon screening days.
