Graham Walker(1945-2013)

Graham used to have a farm, near Otley in West Yorkshire, on which he reared sheep and cattle and he was also a butcher knowing how to cut up a side of beef into cookable sized portions before freezing them. He and his wife,Susan had 4 daughters and he regularly did the cooking when he was at home, in which case it would probably be steak in sauce but if it was for a party it would be curries, often about 3 different ones.
