- Scott Raynor was born on May 23, 1978 in California, USA. He is an actor and writer, known for Bubble Boy (2001), Can't Hardly Wait (1998) and 9-1-1 (2018).
- He appears on three of Blink-182's studio albums. Those albums are called 'Cheshire Cat,' 'Buddha' and 'Dude Ranch'.
- Blink-182's first demo EP, entitled 'Flyswatter' was recorded in his bedroom.
- Scott was the first drummer for the pop-punk group known as Blink-182, until he was replaced by Travis Barker in 1998.
- He became a drummer when he joined his first band with some friends because they called all the "good instruments" before Raynor could choose.
- He is an avid Metallica fan.
- I like the drums better [than guitar] because you can't really beat up a guitar like you can the drums .
- It's hard to describe six years of being in blink [Blink-182] and why it ended for me in a summed up kind of way. It also is impossible to describe without getting personal on both sides. The best way for me to put it is that everything got kind of haywire in my personal life, and in the band, and with Mark [Mark Hoppus) and Tom [Tom DeLonge. They wanted different things than me and at the same time our friendship was put to the test.
