Bianca D'Carpio

Born in Paramount, California (1976), and raised in Long Beach, CA. Graduated from Cal State Long Beach in 2000. Her first short film "Have You Seen Me" (1999), premiered at the Santa Clarita International Film Festival in the spring of 2000. She won an 'Honorable Mention' award at the 2000 CSU Summer Media Arts Festival, followed by a second 'Honorable Mention' award at the 2000 DGA Student Film Award, which also included a grant from Eastman Kodak. Her second short film, "For Them" (2005), premiered at the 9th Annual Los Angeles International Shorts Film Festival in the fall of 2005, followed by the John Hopkins Film Festival (2006), and the LA Femme Film Festival (2006). "For Them" won a 'Golden Ace' award from the Las Vegas International Film Festival (2009). Now married, she has found her new passion.... her beautiful baby boy!
