Experience includes:

• Negotiating and drafting agreements for development, including development finance agreements, option/purchase agreements, treatment agreements, shopping agreements, writer agreements, director agreements, life rights agreements and all other chain of title related agreements.
• Running feature film finance transactions from late prep through closing.
• Negotiating and drafting film financing agreements, production related agreements, sales agency agreements and

distribution agreements.

• Advising commissioning executives, producers, co-financiers and other third parties on all matters in relation to the production, finance and distribution of features and shorts.
