Cathy is a combat performance artist and is a specialist in
movement/psychological choreography. She has spent 30 years in the
martial art and professional boxing industry as a fighter and a professional coach. As a fighter she
was ranked number 3 in the World and held both English and European
title. She has done choreography for and performed in a British movie and a music video and
managed the movement choreography and emotional choreography on a
London opera. She is very highly respected within the sports industry
for her physical and psychological knowledge and experience.
She runs a charitable company called HeadGuard, who visits areas around the World to help young girls and women who have been sexually exploited. Cathy has visited Iraq and Nepal, and she has directed and produced a beautiful documentary called Raksha Girls. With more planned in the future.
