Jonathan is an award winning British television drama and film director who has directed over forty hours of mainstream British TV for the BBC, Channel 4 and ITV.
His work includes EVE, Torchwood, The Inspector Lynley Mysteries and the series of Waterloo Road which received a Royal Television Society award.
His short film While I Can Dream was highly commended by a panel of judges including Ridley Scott and Anthony Minghella at The London Film Festival as well as being shortlisted for Prix UIP Best European Short Film, the LA Film Festival and the Rushes Director's Guild Best Newcomer Award.
He's recently written his first feature film God's Work - a black comedy about the art world - with poet Murray Lachlan Young through a development deal with Ffatti Ffilms and Tinopolis. He's currently developing a second script - Don't Look Back - a supernatural thriller about a young boy possessed by the spirit of a murdered child.
