Flutie founded Madwood Studios with Chip Seelig, the managing partner of The Seelig Group.

Flutie is currently lead producing the live production of NAKED, Inspired by the collected stories of many performers lives. In 2017 Flutie partnered with Kevin Bartel and Richard McKerrow at Love Productions USA to Executive Produce WESTSIDE on Netflix
Flutie began his career working at the Elite Model Agency with founder John Casablancas in New York City. After 25 years in the model and talent management industry, Flutie created and produced the first unscripted digital web series, Under The Arch, and digital shorts for fashion and fragrance brands. Inspired by his career as a world-renowned model agent and scout, he later created and produced the acclaimed fashion model series Scouted for the NBC Universal E! Network
In 2013 Flutie joined Cris Abrego and Endemol Shine USA where he was under an overall deal with Cris Abrago productions and 51 Minds.
Flutie holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from New York University. He resides between Los Angeles and New York.
