James H. Pitts III

James H. Pitts III moved from Houston, TX to Los Angeles, CA 13 years ago to chase his acting dreams. Upon his arrival, he was quickly noticed by entertainment company, H2H entertainment, for his enthusiastic energy, captivating personality and raw talent and adopted the name "JD". Soon after starting with H2H entertainment he began landing roles in shows such ass "CSI: Miami,", "What I Like About You," "Girlfriends." James also starred in the music video for the Grammy® award winning song "Be Without You" by Mary J. Blige. Additionally, he appeared in national commercials for companies such as Hallmark, NBA and Jolly Rancher. James has extensive theatre background that began while attending the University of Iowa and in 2016 he starred in "The End of the World" at the Tre Stage theatre in Hollywood, CA. His training in sports, dance, and improv has made him a triple threat within the industry. In 2015, James took on his next adventure and started his own production company, JD Productions. The first project under the company is "How Many," a comedy about the distractions in life as one man fights to make it in Hollywood. The project is set to be released in May 2016.
