It’s well-documented that Simone Biles doesn’t really like that athletes are bombarded with questions about “what’s next” in the moments after they’ve achieved their lifelong dreams.
But as she pondered her future after winning gold medals at the 2024 Olympics, and further cementing her legacy as the greatest gymnast of all time, a path began to emerge — toward entertainment.
“Whether I like it or not, I’ve been around the entertainment space for basically my whole professional career. If you asked me when I was younger, I wanted to be a nurse. I wanted to help people. I wanted to be out in the community,” Biles tells Variety about her decision to join the board of Religion of Sports (Ros), the media company founded by NFL legends Tom Brady and Michael Strahan and Emmy-winning documentarian Gotham Chopra.

Before attendees of the upcoming Met Gala become attached to any attire that might be deemed too outlandish or costume-driven, Anna Wintour and her fellow gala planners have decreed: It’s all about the tailoring — individually interpreted, that is.
On Tuesday morning New York’s Metropolitan Museum of Art, site of the May 5 Met Gala, announced both the event’s dress code and the host committee that will join the previously announced co-chairs of the starry evening, which raises funds for the museum’s Costume Institute. “Tailored for You” is the official dress code and reflects the theme of the exhibition, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” which opens to the public on Saturday, May 10, and runs through Sunday, October 26. An exploration of Black style from the 18th century through present day, “Superfine” will guide exhibition attendees through a cultural and historical look at dandyism and the roles clothing and style have played in Black identities.

For over 60 years, the Presidential Medal of Freedom has been given out as the highest honor a civilian can get. Joining U.S. President Joe Biden’s list this year – his final in office – are some of our own favorite performers, including Michael J. Fox and Denzel Washington.
The official White House website noted the philanthropic works of Michael J. Fox and Denzel Washington – those in the fight against Parkinson’s and serving as a national spokesman for the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, respectively – as key reasons for receiving the Medal of Freedom. Both have continued to fight the good fight for decades, so it is pretty amazing to see them recognized on this prestigious level. Notably, Denzel Washington was set to receive the Medal of Freedom in 2022 but could not attend due to contracting Covid-19.
Both Michael J. Fox and Denzel Washington have made plenty of headlines as of late.

Sports have always been a ratings winner, but 2024 saw an unprecedented amount of streaming sports events, all of which drew massive audiences.
The Paris Olympics boosted Peacock to reach its biggest share of TV viewing across linear and streaming yet, with the streamer’s monthly audience growing by 39% in August. Meanwhile, Netflix hosted one of its first major live sporting events with the Mike Tyson-Jake Paul fight that co-ceo Ted Sarandos compared to a “Super Bowl-like audience.”
Amid a steady decline in linear viewership across the board, one major event prompted a spike in cable news viewership: Donald Trump’s re-election. Many MSNBC and CNN viewers turned off the TV following the November election, but Fox News’ ratings benefitted from the results, with the network seeing an 11% uptick in primetime viewership after the election.

Competing on 12 seasons of Dancing With The Stars and failing to emerge victorious time and time again, it is fair to say that longtime pro Sasha Farber knows elimination like the back of his hand. Poor guy!
For those who are unfamiliar, Sasha made his Dancing With The Stars debut on the Australian version of the show, crossing over to the American version of the show during Season 14. He was initially a troupe member, eventually being promoted to a pro during Season 17.
Partnered with athletes like Simone Biles and Suni Lee, actresses like Selma Blair and Alyson Hannigan, reality television personalities like Snooki and Jenn Tran, and more in the past, Sasha has yet to take home a Mirrorball Trophy of his own (as mentioned) — and he recently sat down with podcaster Joe Vulpis to discuss what every Dancing With The Stars pro dreads: getting eliminated.

Sister Wives newbie David Woolley is married to one of the show's shining lights, Christine Brown, and her fan favorite status may actually be a double-edged sword, as David probably feels a lot of pressure to be the perfect partner. Most people who've watched the series likely sympathize with Christine, as Kody Brown mistreated her. When she tried to get him to spend time with her and sleep with her, he rejected her, leaving her miserable and frustrated. After Christine left him, David quickly became her Prince Charming.
David's supposed to be everything that Kody isn't. That's a tall order, but maybe Christine's latest husband can make it happen.
In the public eye, David's adjusting to married life, and there are some signs that the transitional phase hasn't been silky-smooth. For example, David didn't really seem to want to be a part of Sister Wives. He seemed to want to stay off-camera.

If there’s anything she can do, you can better believe that her competition can do it better. There’s a new report that suggests Victoria Beckham might have taken yet another indirect swipe at her former friend, Meghan Markle. Keep reading below for everything you need to know.
Royal Family News – Victoria Beckham Takes Another Swipe At Meghan Markle
According to a new report, it seems like Meghan is having a very hard time getting any of her projects running while Victoria makes everything she does look too easy. Royal expert Kinsey Schofield even says there’s a reason behind it, as Victoria is the “antithesis” of Meghan Markle.
Meghan is currently working on a new cooking show for Netflix but a lot of people already think that it’s a cold turkey. That’s because anything Prince Harry’s wife touches these days seems to fail before it even begins.

Tonight on “The Voice,” the Playoffs concluded with performances from Team Michael Buble with special guest advisor country artist Carly Pearce. In this round of the competition, each coach must narrow down their team of five to only two artists that they’ll take to the live shows beginning Dec. 2. Dick’s Sporting Goods, with the help of Simone Biles, Dak Prescott, Chris Paul and Quinn Ewers, launches a holiday campaign produced in partnership with Bolded, Obb Media’s recently announced branded content division.
The Dick’s campaign is another way that brands are getting creative with how they reach consumers, besides the traditional commercials.
The decorating challenge will run as 60- and 30-second broadcast commercials and digitally as 3-4 minute short episodes on Dicks.com, YouTube, streaming and social media.
“This campaign represents a new and creative way for brands to connect with audiences through community-driven content,” said Obb Media founder and CEO Michael D. “Dancing With the Stars” hit a new milestone on Nov. 12, and revealed who was heading to the semifinals for Season 33. The 500th episode opened with pros — including returning favorite Sharna Burgess — for the opening number, “Crazy in Love,” the same opening number from the 2005 series premiere. Many past competitors returned to the ballroom, including Adam Rippon, Ginger Zee, Kaitlyn Bristowe, Alyson Hannigan, Aj McLean and Simone Biles.
This week, each of the remaining six teams performed routines honoring fan-favorite performances from the past.

When you have too many things on your mind, you prioritize the number of things you can and cannot take on. At 50, Victoria Beckham has learned that important things should take up more brain space and non-important things, should, well, not even exist for her. Here’s how she navigates fame, parenthood and business going into her fifth decade.
Victoria Beckham – On How Her and Husband David Beckham Has Grown More Discreet In Recent Years
For many years, the Beckhams have proudly worn the title of Hollywood’s power couple, but these days, they’re happy to fly under the radar. Yes I know, house of Beckham wants to become more “discreet,” didn’t think you’d see that, did you?
In her new Harper Bazaar interview published on Nov. 4, Victoria admitted that she and her husband are not only choosing to withdraw from public life, but are actually loving the peace that privacy brings.

Over the years, with her exceptional skills and unparalleled talent, the 27-year-old American gymnast has earned the reputation of being globally regarded as the greatest gymnast of all time and one of the greatest Olympians of all time.
Though she bailed out of the sport in the middle, withdrawing from the finals of the 2021 Olympics in Tokyo for reasons cited as her experiencing the “twisties” and needing to focus on her mental health, her return after her two-year break was nothing short of spectacular. She made sure to bring home her third gold medal of the Games in the vault final at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Fandom is one of the driving forces behind digital content creation. Tumblr GIFsets promoting TV shows, four-hour YouTube essays about the Star Wars hotel, hundreds of millions of words of fanfiction, and countless views and comments on content creators’ videos (not to mention the channel subscriptions and merch purchases) are all born out of fan fervor. Platforms like YouTube have increasingly recognized how powerful fandoms can be–and now Netflix seems to be catching on, too.
For years, Netflix, like virtually all other major streaming services, hasn’t allowed people to take screenshots or screen recordings of what they’re watching. If you try to record any kind of footage from what you’re watching, you’ll get a blank black square. This prevents some piracy methods, sure, but it also hinders fans who just want to share a favorite shot or talk about a favorite clip on social media.

Emily in Paris star Lucas Bravo is unsure whether he wants to return to Netflix’s hit romantic dramedy. In a new interview, the actor stated that playing Gabriel “is not fun anymore,” leaving the character’s fate up in the air as the series preps for Season 5.
“The ‘sexy chef’ was very much part of me in Season 1 and we grew apart season after season because of the choices he makes and because of the direction they make him take,” the actor told IndieWire. “As they made him kind of unaware of his surroundings, of the dynamic, always victimizing...

Lily Allen’s Feet Pictures Make More Money Than Her Music Despite Having 8 Million Spotify Listeners

This is a weird fact to know, but Lily Allen’s feet makes more money than her music, even though she’s built quite an impressive audience around her music.
Lily Allen Says OnlyFans Page Is More Lucrative Than Music
Lily Allen is not the only musician making big bucks on OnlyFans. But she may be the only one on the adult content site making big bucks from feet pictures only – unless “feet” is code for something else.
Allen, 39, took to X on Friday, Oct. 25, to disclose that she rakes in more money these days sharing content on OnlyFans than what she gets in royalties from Spotify, despite having 7,463,186 monthly listeners on the streaming platform. I mean, just imagine that.
She made this revelation in reply to a post shared on X that said, “Imagine being one of the biggest pop stars/musicians in Europe and then being reduced to this.

Simone Biles Rising offers an inspiring and insightful view into the enigmatic gymnast's journey to the Paris Olympics, but also looks at the issues of age and early retirement in the sport.
