An actor, producer and writer known for his ability to completely transform into the character he is portraying. In 2017 Chris Levine wrote, produced and starred in his first feature, Anabolic Life where he not only lost 30lbs to showcase a "muscle-less" character but then production was paused as he in just 3 months went from 130lbs to over 200lbs to showcase steroid usage. He ended up winning Best Actor at the Orlando Film Festival out of 400 films for it.
Levine was born Christopher Neil Levine in Hollywood, Florida and was raised in Lauderhill, Florida. He is the son of Karen Gardea, a stay-at-home Mom and teacher and Robert Neil Levine, a diesel mechanic. He has a younger brother, Michael Levine who is an Air Force Veteran and a graduate of the New York Film Academy getting his degree in Screenwriting. At Olympic Heights High School, Levine was involved in sports but after a tragic loss of his best friend found an outlet in tuning cars until he left for Orlando, Florida to attend the University of Central Florida. Levine majored in Marketing but focused on bodybuilding after suffering from body dysmorphia growing up. Levine still had not been bit by the acting bug yet, though he was always talented at creative writing courses. After graduating and working as a Marketing Director for 5 years for a high school friend he quit and literally searched the web "How to be an actor?" finally finding a calling for happiness in the filmmaking and acting industry. 6 months later he sold everything he owned and moved to Los Angeles where he slept on the floor of a friend's house for a year until finding a job that would still allow him to pursue his acting career but no longer sleep on a floor.
1 year later he wrote Anabolic Life, originally called Most Muscular. The release of that movie catapulted his career and led him to write and produce, No Way Out (2020) which started his Alaskan production team that he has now made 3 more movies in less than 3 years with, all to be released between 2022 and 2023. Anabolic Life also connected him with Michael Matteo Rossi who directed him in the newly released The Handler (2021). Once the film was done Levine took an impromptu trip to Cannes Film Festival and ended up selling the film to Uncork'd after "breaking bread" with the owner and partnering company Dark Star Pictures.
Levine's slate for 2022 involves the release of 4 feature length films, 2 of which he leads (Bad Bones and Woods of Ash) and an award-winning, NAACP nominated short film called The Ice Cream Stop.- Casey Johnson was born on 24 September 1979 in Hollywood, Florida, USA.
