Emile Francis is a former player, coach, and general manager in the National Hockey League, most notably with the New York Rangers Hockey Team.

He became a star in the Saskatchewan Junior Hockey League and was pursued for a professional contract by the Chicago Black Hawks. In 1947, he was called up to a squad mired in last place and took over the starting role in net. After starting on a dismal Chicago team in 1948-49, Francis was traded to the New York Rangers Hockey Team as part of a major personnel shakeup. Over the next four years, he would play sparingly in a relief role for the Rangers while manning the spot between the pipes on New York's American Hockey League affiliate. He finished his career in Western Hockey League, including stints with the Vancouver Canucks, Saskatoon Quakers and Seattle Americans.

Francis was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 1982, and received the Wayne Gretzky International Award in 2015.

During his career, Woloshyn has been the Visual Effects Supervisor on a variety episodic television series, broadcast commercials and an impressive list of feature films. Some of his most recent film credits include San Andreas (2015),RoboCop (2014),Metallica Through the Never (2013),RED 2 (2013),G.I. Joe: Retaliation (2013),The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2 (2012) and Man on a Ledge (2012). Woloshyn has received numerous awards for his work, including five Primetime Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Achievement in Visual Effects, two Visual Effects Society Award nominations, and eight Gemini Award nominations; including a win in 2005 for Best Visual Effects for a television Series. Woloshyn is a voting member of the Academy of Television Arts and Sciences, the Visual Effects Society, and the Academy of Canadian Film and Television. Woloshyn's interest in the visual effects industry began as a child when he experimented with miniatures filmed on Super-8 mm film and continued in high school where he would shoot and edit reel-to-reel black and white videotape. Woloshyn graduated with Honors from the Radio and Television Arts program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT), in Edmonton, Canada. In 2012, Bruce was named one of NAIT's top 50 all time alumni.
