The pendulum on Elmer's surveying scope disappears and reappears several times.
When Elmer first appears and encounters Bugs, he does not have the double-barrel shotgun. It just appears in his hands.
When Elmer first throws the stick of dynamite to 'Catcher Bugs', there is a discarded piece of train track behind Elmer. When Bugs throws it back to Elmer, the discarded piece of train track has become a pile of railroad ties.
After bonking the fake Bugs head, Elmer goes back to his scope. Before looking at the scope, he sets his shotgun down with the butt toward Bugs' stump-hole. After Bugs kisses him, the shotgun is oriented with the butt toward Elmer.
When Bugs gives Elmer the exploding cigars, there are six in Elmer's mouth, but there are seven explosions. When the smoke around Elmer's head clears, there are ten cigar stubs in Elmer's mouth.
When the railroad ties and track are formed after the dynamite explosion and Bugs Bunny is shown riding in a train car, suddenly there are telephone poles and lines along side the newly laid track.
