After the assault helicopters land, three women guards are shot dead and drop onto the pavement outside of a building, as the invaders go inside of the building. When the invaders come back out out of the building, the bodies of the women are gone.
The plane that Jeff and Ulla use to escape Femina changes type with almost every shot.
When Jeff and Lesley go dancing it is sunset, but they are accosted by Carl and his flunkies in broad daylight before returning to the hotel at night.
While escaping Femina, Jeff and Ulla are seen running to the city's airport, towards a Fairchild Packet parked near a runway. After flying from Femina, and reaching Rio (a loudspeaker welcomes recent arrivals to the city, "Jewel of South America"), the Packet is shown parked again near a runway. Although the camera angles are not identical, they are unquestionably taken at the same location, made obvious by the distant mountains, and a nearby bush.
Ulla's face is cut by an electric fan in a Carnival warehouse. Her face is uninjured thereafter.
During the main battle, as the invading helicopters are shooting at the female army from the sky, you can see several instances of the same, exact scenes of some women dropping dead multiple times, only from different angles throughout the entire battle.
At about 50 minutes, when Jeff and Ulla are escaping in the plane, the "M-16" that Ulla is firing through the window is actually a plastic toy made by Mattel in the mid-60s. The "M-16 Marauder Automatic Rifle" sticker is briefly visible on the magazine.
During the climactic battle, the "machine guns" wielded by the all-girl "army" are clearly made of wood. The actresses pretending to fire them are shaking them to simulate the kickback, there is no muzzle flare and the gunfire sounds are dubbed onto the soundtrack.
Depending on which cut you're watching, Shirley Eaton's character is variously called "Sumitra" or "Sunanda". However the actors are all clearly dubbed and are actually saying the name "Sumuru".
