One character smokes cigarettes throughout. A couple of instances of alcohol consumption.

A character is depicted as trapped by the murderer and unable to escape.

A car with two occupants goes off a pier into the water, and for a while we don't know who survived.

The murder aftermath scenes are relatively mild, almost humorously done.
