Tough trucker Lincoln Hawk is determined to win back his son and triumph at the world arm wrestling championships.

Lincoln Hawk is a struggling trucker who arm wrestles on the side to make extra cash while trying to rebuild his life. He tries to make amends with his son who he left behind 10 years earlier. Upon their first meeting, his son does not think too highly of him until he enters the World Arm Wrestling Championships in Las Vegas. After a decade of deafening absence, struggling trucker Lincoln Hawk attempts to reconnect with his estranged 12-year-old son, Michael. But making up for lost time is easier said than done. As the father and son realise it's going to be a long drive home, Hawk's hidden knack for arm-wrestling soon catches troubled Michael's eye. With the International Arm-Wrestling Championship in Las Vegas just around the corner, Hawk has only a few days to win his son's long-lost trust. In the meantime, Lincoln must prepare himself, physically and mentally, to compete in a dangerous tournament against behemoths twice his size. But a son's love is a father's everything.
