When Hatch wakes up and goes to get something to eat in the kitchen, he has his vision. When his wife wakes up and goes to find him, he is outside by the pool. The pool is very choppy, yet not a tree or bush is moving. If the wind is blowing hard enough to move the water, it would move the trees. Also, a self cleaning pool unit would not make those kinds of waves.
When Hatch stops his car just before having the vision at 34 minutes into the movie, the screen shot gets closer to the car and even though the car is no longer moving, you can see the shadow of the camera get larger on the bumper.
When Vassago confronts Rose the Tarot Card reader, she asks "who referred me to you." It should be "who referred you to me."
