Jimmy Briggs (Alfred Lynch) is shot down in his Spitfire and states he is a member of 44 Squadron. 44 Squadron was in fact a bomber squadron, flying first the Handley Page Hampden and then the Avro Lancaster.
Throughout the series, Vincent is armed with a large revolver. This is a Webley Mk V in 0.455 calibre. It was the standard British army revolver until 1915, when it was replaced in service by the Mk VI.
Vincent is an agent with the SOE in occupied France. There is no way he would have been issued with an obsolete British army revolver chambered for a round which would have been unobtainable in France. In fact, the SOE bought 7,500 Colt M1903 pistols for this type of work. They were a compact and concealable pistol, chambered for the .32 automatic cartridge, which had been very common in pre-war France, and was thus obtainable. Why the makers of the programme chose to arm Vincent with such an unsuitable and anachronistic pistol is a mystery.

Jimmy mentions "B52" bombers when talking to Nina. The B52 was (and is) a post war jet bomber, so this would have been impossible. B52s were being used in Vietnam when this was written, and this may have been on the writer's mind.
Jimmy purloins a Luger from Adelaide's handbag, but when she picks it up, she does not notice the gun is missing. Since a Luger weighs about two pounds, this is hard to believe.
In some episodes, the SS runes on Lutzig's collar seem to have been sewn on back to front, so that they point backwards rather than forwards.
In other episodes, the runes are oriented correctly, but are made of shiny metal, whereas the real runes were silver braid.

Near the end of episode 6 as Nina and Vincent are leaving the house they pass by a partially open curtain which supposedly leads to an adjacent room. As they pass a TV monitor is clearly visible showing a live feed of the scene being filmed.
Lutzig's commanding officer, Zander, is depicted as a brutal SS officer who is more that happy to torture prisoners to death to get information. Yet when he gets orders that he is to be put in charge of the Treblinka death camp, he becomes flustered about killing Jews, saying that he has nothing against them.
All SS officers were Nazi fanatics. They were drilled in the hatred of Jews, and killed them without hesitation. An officer in Zander's position would have been thrilled to be promoted to a position where he could kill as many Jews as possible.
