Alternate versions

The cinema release was cut by the Singapore Censor Board to remove some sex, reduced language, drug uses, a suicide scene, and reduced some intense moments for a 'PG' certificate. The video releases are re-rated 'NC-16' uncut with consumer advice: Coarse language.

Director James Mangold states in the DVD commentary that the original cut was three hours long. This version has not been shown publicly nor released on any media; however, the DVD contains 15 minutes of the scenes deleted from the final cut.
