SPOILER: (ENDING): There is a different ending in the Hong Kong version. We fast forward months later. Buck is back to his normal life when he receives an email from a stranger (most likely Many Liu). It asks if he misses being a spy, says that it is in his blood, and that he will be in touch with a possible job. Fast forward another few months to Verona, Italy. A man at an Italian restaurant is handed a briefcase by someone on a bike. Seconds later, the man is arrested by the Italian police. The camera then focuses back to the on the man on the bike... it is Buck in disguise. He has fulfilled his destiny as a spy.
