When Patrick Crowley is throwing food to ducks at the lake, he laughs and reveals that he is missing two milky central incisors. At the end of the movie when he is in the hospital taking his medicine, he laughs again revealing that he is missing only one milky central incisor instead of two - the last scene of the movie was filmed before the first.
Just after John Crowley reaches into the cabinet and picks up a vial of medicine, a security guard shouts at him to freeze. John turns and sees the guard with a gun aimed at him. He puts his hands up, but there is no vial of medicine in either hand.
During Harris' and Fraser's confrontation in the office, a wide shot shows Harris moving away from Fraser to stand on the other side of the room. When it cuts back after Fraser's dialogue, Harris suddenly reappears right in front of him, even though Fraser had turned to address him.
Stonehill puts up a sign that says "KEEP YOUR DAMN FOOD AND DRINK OUT OF MY REFRIDGERATOR!" (with "refrigerator" misspelled).
When John Crowley is talking to his wife by the lake, he refers to "Dr. Stoneham" instead of Stonehill.
When John Crowley first meets Dr. Stonehill in Nebraska, he said that the Dr. had hung up on him the day before yesterday, but goes on to say that his daughter had almost died last week. That is backwards from the earlier scenes, as the daughter was in the hospital after his call.
